Its same at pretty much every level as well not just the first team. We've had the thread about the reserve and youth games recently - any time I went to any of those game you could almost guarantee there would be somebody from other sides. Back in the day they were easy spot in the comfy leather seats in the centre stand! Last U19 game I was at was at Bellshill a couple of years back and you had Campbell Money manager of some junior team and Stevie Woods, Celtic goalkeeping coach, for example.
