  1. Past hour
  2. If a so-called top-level striker needs squad competition plus the time and patience he’s already had to ‘come good,’ then perhaps he wasn’t top-level to begin with. His contract alone should be motivation enough, or maybe he simply isn’t capable of reaching the level his signing implied.
  3. I would keep Halliday if he is happy to stay. Obvious he isn't going to be a starter but we need a healthy squad plus his experience vital both on and off the pitch
  4. My own view is I still feel Stama will come good, with Hendry now in it provides healthy competition
  5. Today
  6. Drole, even for you. For someone who went a little overboard in claiming you know me a couple of seasons back you could answer your own question.
  7. Defo not as fast as he used to be but still has the moves
  8. If we move Haliday on let's make sure we get a younger replacement
  9. People can make excuses for any player if they like as far as I'm concerned. He had a tough season last year for various reasons and I don't think it's in doubt that he puts a shift in. Hopefully the signing of Hendry will help too but there's a long way to go before the end of the season. He plays for Motherwell - I'll back him
  10. You are very black and white when it comes to AP I'll stick to the grey right now and see what direction it turns. Is AP better than Connor Shields for example? Dismissing as shite doesn't tell a full picture.
  11. Yesterday
  12. If he flying to and from NZ, it's closer to 2 days each way not just a few hours and it's tiring.
  13. Yeah, support can be offered by the club privately in order to avoid such a scenario.
  14. The C is not for conflict 😮 🙊
  15. Och hush - everyone knows he's a Rangers fan - Hearts don't have a look in Im joking BTW Motherwell jambo conflict 😂😂😂
  16. This is going to be a tough one. I would settle for a point tbh
  17. So it's the first MJC derby of the season, a day when his inner Motherwell Jambo Conflict reaches fever pitch. A day when claret becomes maroon. Ordinarily, I'd be happy with bringing a point home from the capital but we need to start winning games, so 0-1.
  18. The club made a post on twitter from the official account as did a few other clubs. I suppose it will depend what the families wishes are and maybe if they want folk to donate possibly to a charity or the hospital. I know a lot of fans of other clubs and Motherwell fans have tweeted support too. Id be happy to give a donation if the family wanted it
  19. Not suggesting we should get into any sort of virtue signalling. But given the circumstances, it would be nice if we as a club/support could reach out in some way and show some support to Imrie and his family.....
  20. Yeah I know - it's awful. Good to see the support the family are getting from fans and other clubs
  21. Not a fan of his, terribly sad news though. Born prematurely and she didn't make it.
  22. Ah ok. Sorry I assumed the post was directed at me because I mentioned my brother earlier. I'll delete my post
  23. And sorry if this is the wrong place to post - Dougie Imries daughter died yesterday - lots of clubs have come out in support including Motherwell - wish them all the best.
  24. You aren't the only user with a brother.
  25. Club have posted that we've sold 300 new season tickets - that's good
  26. Is on the fringes who posts on here your brother?
