Its 11 goals from 8 games, (4 LC and 2 League, 2 friendlies ) and conceded 5 so currently we are plus 6 GD. The reality is though we should have scored a lot more goals based on the chances we've created so currently we are toothless up front, if you are not scoring goals you wont win many matches.

It's all potential that's being paid for at the moment. As good as he is, lots of players his age disappear of the radar by the time they are 21. We can get good value in add-ons with the right deal though. I'm not quite sure what kind of money you were expecting, as this is very much in the ball park of every valuation I have seen since the outset.
-
We have scored 7 goals in 6 competitive games

All getting a bit heated and personal Right....who wants a joke? Ok....that maybe won't help matters ๐๐๐

I have to admit, considering all the hype around Lennon (mostly from his dad ๐คฃ), 4.5mil is underwhelming, especially when you look at bang average players going for tens of millions of pounds all over europe and England in particular. I suppose its the back water market we are in but hopefully we get a good sell on clause and as Grizzly says, we can move on as its really dragging on now!!!!!
-
I would take ยฃ4.5 million with a good sell on percentage and we can move on.
-
Are you his daddy? I was referring to the c word, nothing to do with you so do one.

New training facilities were mentioned as by all accounts Dalziel park is not fit for purpose, the POD is long overdue an upgrade, and Mrs Baillies needs some cover added. So I dont doubt the board has a long list of things the money could be used for, but I'm sure JBA will see a good percentage of it for player recruitment.

Pragmatism? Itโs certainly media savvy and the sensible approach. Whatโs to say the signings wished for are not long term goals as much as investing in club infrastructure? Think we are well placed.

From The Herald: Udinese are pursuing a ยฃ4.5million deal to take Motherwell midfielder Lennon Miller to Serie A. The Italian side had an offer of ยฃ2.5million turned down for the Scotland international in January. Herald Sports understands the two clubs have held fresh discussions with Motherwell in line for a club record sale exceeding the ยฃ3.25million secured from Celtic for David Turnbull. And, despite links with Bologna, Torino and Fiorentina, Udinese, 12th place finishers in Serie A last season, hope to conclude an agreement this week.

Jens online saying any lennon money will be spent in relation to long term goals and some of it on a player to fill the void. I wonder if this means that there might not be the money spent on two or three positions and it will be more restricted. am hoping v st Johnstone that we can get a bit of a confidence boost and get 3-0. Think that would set us up for the hearts game.

Less of the language young man, apologise to rest of the forum for lowering yourself to what is a difference of opinion, never ever used the c word to anyone in forum never mind in real life.
-
Your the one making a cunt of yourself, our club has produced another talent that's now a full international that will be sold for a record amount and your wanting to find fault and stooping as low as calling miller a wage thief cause he didn't play against st mirren, have a word with yourself anyway apologise to the rest of the forum for taking this thread off track.

Lennon Miller sees Udinese up transfer ante as ยฃ4.5m talks 'opened' with Motherwell in line for club record sale - Daily Record https://share.google/jeP9GWTDc4ief8IsO
-
If by some miracle he's here after the transfer window closes then we will see him in the team again but he will be gone by then with the clubs bank account the healthiest it's been in a long time.
-
So there's offers and we continue not to play him.
-
So tell me when does he start playing for Motherwell if he he isn't sold.simple question.
-
Do you think there's been no offers for Miller in this transfer window? Stop laughing at people. The fact that he's not playing suggests that he's going to be leaving soon
