  1. Past hour
  2. It would be good if Motherwell FC could request SFA to publish information (FAQ) covering various situations or at least a contact number or email to address any questions that fans have regarding the purchasing process and how it relates to their circumstances.
  3. It really is a simple question. Can a phone with the App hold multiple tickets? To cater for Groups and families with young kids? I have not read anything official that confirms one person can 'sign in' others. If the answer is Yes, then that solves most issues. I suspect MFC have not got the answer either and will be seeking advice from Hampden. Hopefully common sense prevails.
  4. I’m now not sure if I can scan in my 5 people through turnstiles (2 who don’t have smart phones) on match day? I’ve been told I can by our ticket office and we can’t by the sfa website (their phones aren’t being answered)
  5. Not really the society’s roll but agree that the club should be saying something, although the instructions are quite clear on the website they do seem to be wrong about no Hampden app no ticket as my mates bought all our tickets on his without needing us all to sign up. Hopefully it’s not going to be a total riot on the day.
  6. 🤣🤣, fortunately pain receding now. JBA has cured me with our new style
  7. I think the Well Society or Brian Caldwell need to clarify things as it's ridiculous folk can't go to a gsme due to technology or not having a smartphone. It's like Kettlewell all over again.....no plan b 🤣🤣
  8. Today
  9. Agree. Had same issue. Can't be that difficult to get tickets for event. I'm not going to bother. Will probably try to get one for final. My elderly dad's missing out too as can't work the app. Must be a few missing out and money lost.
  10. Still not had any email confirmation from the club. I’m also locked out my account and I’ve requested a change of password and I’m not getting an email for that either. it really has been a cu@t of a day!! spoke to a couple of people I know who would have went along to the game but aren’t going to bother now due to apps and hassle etc…. Surely there will be a lot of these folk around.
  11. When I go to D5 it says my account not available for that section. Absolute farce. Hopefully one of lads can get them. Would hate to be on switchboard at fir park, can imagine it being a tad busy
  12. The Club need to let folk know how to deal....officially...with a situation like this? Also the Society should be pushing the Club to provide some clarification. If, as mentioned earlier, folk are being turned away and told to find someone with a smartphone then that is a disgrace and does not reflect well on our ticket office. You would think that every effort would be made to ensure anyone wanting to attend the game can do so. I get this is being driven by the SFA but our Club and our Society should be addressing the issues that are clearly of concern to fans looking to go to the final. The info that was provided in the press release and the off the cuff advice from the ticket staff seem to be at odds. The instructions do confirm tickets can be transferred but only to people who have also downloaded the App. No mention of one phone with multiple tickets being acceptable. No mention of children.... or others...who do not have a smartphone. Lessons to be learned here.
  13. There will probably be an app to help you remember by then
  14. Cheers pal, will try again later. It might just be my account that's blocked from buying tickets to save anyone's ears from burning! 🤣🤣
  15. Sorry pal, was just teasing. I can be a waft brick at times 🤪
  16. There was 5 sections available 2 me 'with 7 seats' available together. That was about an hour ago. I went with D5.
  17. I’m stressed 😩 typos are the least of my concern lol
  18. I had nosey and only section it would let me buy for is singing section and no way am I sitting there. Also curiously why no Section E at Hampden? Will purchase them once discussed with the lads to see how many we need. Carlsberg don't do dugs dinners on purchasing tickets.................
  19. I’m in the same sort of boat. I spoke to the girl at first park and she’s said I should be able to just hold all the QR code tickets on my phone and scan folk in one at a time? I’m hoping “should” means “can”
  20. Fingers crossed we get by St Mirren and get revenge in the final
  21. I have said exact same to mates, same with concerts, no ticket stubs to look back on. Reminiscing 30 years from now thinking what game was this QR code for? 🤣🤣
  22. I assume we will be allocated about 10,000 tickets, based on the St Mirren website info, which will be more than enough.
  23. So since iv bought for 7 of us. Can i just get them through the gates with ticks on my app? No need to send on to the rest, particularly given 2 are weans with nae phone
  24. I’m the same, I never got an email confirmation from them so I called them and they confirmed everything was ok. I’d still prefer an email right enough. I can’t fault Motherwell with this as this is all SFA related but this is a disgrace and they have shrugged their shoulders at older people who aren’t able to do all the online stuff. We are going to lose so many dedicated fans who end up saying “sod this it’s too much bother to get a ticket” they are an absolutely horrid organisation
