  2. The introduction of Seedorf and Hylton completely transformed the game and turned us from huffer puffers to...actually quite an impressive football team. Throughout the game we had most of the possession unfortunately we didn't know what to do with it and didn't really carry much threat. In fact it was QoS who looked more likely to score with one hacked off the line and a good one handed saved by Gillespie from Doobie's shot among their efforts. QoS didn't really carry any threat second half but neither did we. Cole struggled to get into the game and Ilic barely contributed. Scott up front was isolated and no one was linking up or making runs from midfield. When Seedorf came on he almost immediately put the boosters on and flew past his man. It lifted the crowd and his team mates. Suddenly were were playing great football and looking threatening. Fair to say QoS looked out of gas in the closing stages but none the less, Hylton and Seedorf were great to watch and more importantly actually linking up with Scott. Wasn't much in the penalty but I did think it was one. Seedorf took his goal well and Hylton's was a screamer. Overall a mixed bag, as already said Seedorf and Hylton looked exciting and pacey but Carroll was skinned a couple of times, Dunne is still Dunne and I'm not convinced by Donnelly in the 'Gorrin' role. More of the last half hour would be nice.

  3. 3-0 away to a Championship side is a decent result, more so when you consider five of the starting eleven were making their debuts and two of the subs were as well. Clean sheet with half a new back four is no bad thing. Look at Hibs, Accies and Livi's results today and tell me ours wasn't a very good one...

  4. Is it just me or is the coverage from the club really poor for the game. No Twitter updates or anything. What have I missed??

  5. Absolutely, we probably all know individuals who are struggling with life for one reason or another and i’ve certainly had the experience of knowing someone who took their own life at a young age.

  6. Heard Sloth has a slight strain and was not being risked on that surface

  7. Loving the kits, especially the away one, and especially without a sponsor plastered across it. Unfortunately, it would be extremely unusual for a top flight club to start a season without one, and therefore a bit surprising that one hasn't yet been announced. Personally think it would be great to see Suicide Awareness move from back to front of shirt, sadly seems to affect a lot of us in the area.

  8. Good stuff. Aye hopefully twitter gets sorted out for the league games. Replying to their own tweets or doing a thread means no notifications. Well for me at least. Sitting here thinking we’re toiling to a 0-0!

  9. Sounds like we made hard work of it, but that's a decent result, especially with the new arrivals getting goals, so a good start on the road to Hampden in November

  12. I think we are more likely to see a new midfield three of Campbell/Donnelly or McGuire/Polworth or Sloth.

  13. On the post above. I think Gillespie will start as No1 Keeper as he has done nothing wrong to be dropped for now anyway. I also think that Declan Gallagher will be an ever present in central defence so Hartley probably on the bench. I have no idea on midfield and up front other than Campbell and Long will start as will Ilic most probably if he is as good as they say. I like the look of Hylton but whether he will be consistent enough only time will tell. And then pick two from Polworth, Sloth, Cole and Seedorf. Who knows....

  14. Kicking off the streaming with the Betfred Cup this season. We get the Morton game as a video stream, and the remainder as audio (presumably because BT Sport are covering the Morton game)

  15. "Thomas’ flair got him in the Fir Park first-team and earned him a move to Rugby Park in 2017." That's a charitable interpretation of events

  16. We used to do decent interview videos with the new signings, seems to be lacking this season, what happened?

  17. First step up in class of opponent will see him exposed. I’m not sure I even see a footballer there.
