I believe our the contract for hampden runs out in 2020, after that they can either renew the contract, move to an existing stadium (Celtic Park or Ibrox probably) or build a new stadium (which is extremely unlikely)
What about the flare in our end at ibrox, Will Sevco get fined for letting that in? What about the countless M'Well fans in the Sevco stands at Ibrox? Are they immune to this due to their stature in Scottish football?
I was a few rows back on the boy when he let the smoke bombs off, and the majority of people around me knew that we had brought smoke bombs and flares to the game, the previous games they had even told us about it and were told to avoid the section if we had a problem with it.

Looks like Austin is going to Falkirk.
It's scottish football in general is the main cause of this, not only clubs but also the national team. If they were to get past the qualifying stages more people would most likely become interested in the sport again. The SPFL needs a complete reshuffle as right now its a shambles.
