Lots of possibles but gave it to Reid for snuffing out Pawlett and for that fucking goal YAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Early start and a long drive yesterday, parked on the Esplanade and had to walk miles to the stadium. Froze my nuts aff and got soaked. But all totally fucking worth it for the last minute alone and the bounce after the game with the players. I'll remember that feeling for a long, long time. Best I felt since Fitzpatrick scored against Hearts in the cup semi at Easter road. Boi's and the large away support were amazing the whole game, I'm still a bit rough. By fuck times like this make it all worth while. Hats off to the players, management and staff for a remarkable season. Respect to the Boi's
  3. Wee vid that I took hopefully it works ok
  4. Thinking about heading up for this one. Where would be the best place to park the car?
  5. Posed in other thread, but makes more sense to put it in here. Just want to say that I cannot quite believe that a team like Motherwell, have yet again, managed to qualify for European football. To have gone through administration and then the coming and going of players and management over the years. With the resources we have available to us and being the size of club that we are, to have yet again made it into European competition is remarkable, no that doesn't quite cut it, miraculous. Growing up as a 'Well fan I have to pinch myself to try to get my head around what the players and management we have had over the years have managed to achieve. Never though that I would see anything like this in my lifetime. A very, very proud 'Well fan.

  7. Definitely one of the guys that is more than willing to take one for the team. Will really miss the big fella, if he goes. Seems to have got a bit stale the last season or so and not really kicked on as much as I had hoped he would. Keeps making similar mistakes as well. But an immense physical presence in our defensive lineup and we would really miss him.

    Craig Reid

Hats off to McCall he has been an excellent signing IMO.

    St Johnstone

ZFA was good for 20 mins, apart from that he looked lost as usual.

Vigurs, turning into the type of player that I hoped he would be.
  11. Loved it when they were doing the Poznan then we scored the equaliser. Shower of cunts get it right feckin up them.
  12. Away stand shadow causing them real issues. Would have though that we would have built the stand with a roof that allowed the light through. Probably cost too much.
  13. Honest to fuck mate this kind of shite happening it total pish, but suck it up. I've had a few interesting experiences at just about every away ground in Scotland, including your place. No clubs fans are whiter than white. It's shite, it shouldn't happen but it does.
  14. What he has managed with the resources that he has at his disposal. He should be voted manager of the year, year after year.
  15. Hats off to those that made it up to Perth tonight.

    Hated Players

Not really a hated player but just down to the abuse that he received that day. Kirk Broadfoot playing for Rangers, the abuse totally got to him and he fell to bits - had an awful game.
  17. Don't get the Higginbotham abuse, did nothing wrong when playing for us could have seen a lot of good stuff from him IMO if his time here hadn't coincided with McFadden's return. Scored one of the best goals I've seen at Fir Park Good luck to the guy.
  18. Witnessed this pish myself, handbags as it was. But some folk going to the games really need to get some therapy, perspective and chill the fuck out. Dude at the back and his posse talk utter shite all game and feel the need to hurl unlimited abuse at any player or manager that they feel needs to hear there in depth expertise, opinion and abusive motivational tactics . Was funny as fuck that when McFadden was subbed, he was hurling abuse at McCall that it was unbelievable to take McFadden off and replace him with Arnier. Next thing Arnier skins his man puts in an excellent cross and Sutton scores. Near pished myself lauging. Guy next to me was spot on shouting back at him "ironically" that it was unbelievable. Then it gets personal, guy next to me is told to watch his language, oh the irony, then someone else from the mad squad tell him "I'm watching you big man" - You really couldn't make this pish up. Next it was telling McCall to get Nielson to fuck then McCall responds to him asking if he wanted him to do it right now, makes you want to weep at how pathetic this pish is, was as funny as it was pathetic. Tam Cowan mentioned it on his show today as well. If this how going to the footie affects some people, then just stay in the house and kick fuck out of your TV,
  19. His lack of confidience/ability puts the fears into his team mates and the fans alike. He can be a good shot stopper but consistently pushes the ball into areas where the following in players can easily tap the ball in the back of the net. Oh for guys like Ruddy and Randolf that could actually make a save and keep hold of the ball as well, as some of the saves that he makes close to his body should be getting smothered rather than parried or pushed away. He had at least one excellent save yesterday and was able to collect the ball cleanly from crosses so he can do it. So the issue is either between his ears or he is just not that good a keeper.. He is making the same mistakes time after time though which begs the question of what exactly is going on in training with Gordon Marshall. He has got the height where he should be trying to command the goal area grabbing catchable crosses and taking some pressure off of the players around him and slowing down play when we are under a bit of pressure. The goals that we have lost at the far post with him not even attemting to try to get to the ball have been numerous and frustrating to watch. Hate to say this about another person that I have never met, but we are stuck with him. If he doesn't have the ability to improve then we should get shot of him but that won't be any time soon. Hopefully he picks but not very optimistic on that.

They all were excellent - again, no failures and immensely proud of the lot of them. If I had to pick one I'd go for Vigurs, finally showing his potential, put in a real shift, opened up their defence time after time with some sublime passes. The boy really has a sweet left foot on him.
  21. Null vote, too many to pick from they all deserve a MOTM. Well done to all of them.
  22. Feared the worst with an excellent away support and high expectation, and an early goal for them. But have seldom enjoyed an away game as much as that today. Tore them a new one whenever we went forward. Some excellent goals from some guys who were toiling a bit for form. Delighted to see Las, Faddy and Angol score especially Faddy demonstrated exactly how he can be a class act, he looked the business today as did the whoel team, no failures - excellent stuff. A real threat going forward, hard working in midfield and solid in defence Thanks to the manager, staff and all the players for that today. 5-1 to the good guys I'm off to get pished. P.S. Hats off to the Thistle fans joining in with the Phil O'Donnell tribute, they all seemed to get involved, a nice touch from them and I for one appreciated it.
  23. Just pay at the gate then? Is the intention to do the 10min Phil tribute again? Also is the Phil O'Donnell strip banner making an appearance?
