  1. Exams start a week on Tuesday. Studying this week has been an absolute b*stard, running over everything in my head, about teams, winning, getting it roon them, celebrating...

Uni finished at half eleven this morning, so getting a work done the day, if I can ever get my arse off here.

I've written off everything till Monday morning, as of 5.30 tonight. Cup fever has hit bigtime!

    It's gonnae be genius.

  2. Heart - 2-1 Motherwell

    Head - 2-1 Motherwell.

Why? Because I think we'll score first, they'll score, and then we'll go through about 70 minutes of pant shitting fear before someone mental bags a winner.

Someone mental - Hammell, Hately, Jenno, Las, Jones, Jeffers, Crags, Ross.

  3. Horrendous performance and result, but in all honesty, may be useful, in terms of making the scum complacent.

I am, however, worried that this slump hasn't just been due to resting players. Our recent form and performances have been shocking. I would echo the concern that the final team hasn't played together in a good while either, which is definitely giving a few negative thoughts.

Having said that, it'll have caused their scouting department, assuming they lower themselves to such things against the teams that clearly like nothing better than rolling over to the Old Firm ("silver to lift" indeed), a hell of a time, with the inconsistent line ups.

  4. I would go with the 4-4-2 type.

Randolph - Picks himself. No-one on here will disagree

Hately - I feel that he's more solid, and better going forward, and with the free-kicks, offers more than Ross, and doesn't have the Saunder's blood rushes

Hutchinson - Outstanding this season, great in the air, and very bright on the deck.

Craigan - I thought Gunning until I saw him v Rangers. Few very bad mistakes there, along with the pet hate shitting out of challenges.

Hammell - I think he fits in better than Ross, who I can see getting the nod.

Humphrey - Horrifically anonymous when we beat St Johnstone, but I feel that he may be needed if for nowt else, then to occupy Izaguirre.

Lasley - A battler, and thanks to McCall, pushing forward

Jennings - Very rarely gives the ball up, good link up man

Murphy - The reason I nearly picked a 4-3-3. His energy is outstanding. His commitment is indubitable. Look at his comments on twitter if you doubt that. This lad wants to win a cup. For US.

Sutton - I call him the Coo, because of his turning circle. Reasonably lately, however, he has been banging them in, and forby that, has been good in link up. Off the boil recently, needing to step it up.

Jeffers - Hated his signing, but when it comes to running, and sheer refusal to give up the cause, Well fans hate it, and so does Franny, it seems. As such, I hope he harries that pair of muppets from three in the afternoon till we lift the cup.

  5. Getting my dad up to my flat off Great Western Road, getting a cargo for the weekend, and getting the build-up started on Friday afternoon.

Getting up Saturday for a cheeky fry up, few cans, and round on the tube and train. Going to be an immense well fan lad weekend.

  6. The issue we had at my school team wasn't a lack of talent from the players. The main problem was that any talent, such as flair, final ball, or pace (a personal frustration) was literally overshadowed by a determination to play a full starting 11 who were over 6 foot 2.

There were a couple of cracking players in the squad who never made it out of a training session in order to accommodate as many large players as possible, to the point where there were 5 centre halves playing across the back 4, and in central midfield. It makes sense if the wee guy is lightweight as well, but even the broader ones never got close.
