Hardly behind the scenes. There was representation there from some spl & 1st division clubs at the request of the select teams agent / manager.

Also Dumfermiline played Hamilton there this afternoon too

"behind the scenes"

–adjective

1.happening or conducted out of view of the general public

Which, unless I missed all of the announcements, the notice on the official site, McCall's pre-match interview, the BBC website preview, the Evening Times precursor article, the reports in the papers, and the segment on Sky Sports News - is pretty much on the money.

Sounds exactly the same as any Motherwell game when there's a mould firm game on.

In the old days it was A.N. Other that used to do the business. Wonder what ever happened to him?

Changed his name to E. Casagolda and was last seen lighting up some of Europe's more prestigious arenas.

Oh, he's an electrician then? I had guessed plumber or tattie howker.

I usually find out 24hrs in advance about the reserve games, so will post here next time.

4-2 win in glorious sunshine. Coasting at 1 up and game went a little flat letting United in at 1-2. Second half mostly 1 way traffic.

McHugh and Smith with doubles. Ross McKinnon a particular highlight.
