Busta Nut 877 Report post Posted September 8, 2016 Keep em coming! I read a couple of years ago Shaun Fagan was managing someone (Stirling Albion maybe?) and masterminded a victory against Rangers I think. I was talking to Shaun Fagan in Charlie's, Bellshill's premier night club. I was pished though.

Yoshi-1991 216 Report post Posted September 9, 2016 Did Fagan not get dropped for giving the fingers to the main stand after being boo'd off?
Joeboy 378 Report post Posted September 9, 2016 He scored a belter in a 5-0 win over Falkirk at Fir Park. McDonald was also amongst the goals that day and has scored in our last four 5-0 victories. Sorry if that line was a bit out of place in a former players thread.

faddythedaddy 238 Report post Posted September 9, 2016 Shaun Fagan. Even Marc Fitzpatrick and Jack Leitch couldn't out-Shaun Fagan Shaun Fagan in the "is he fucking playing" stakes. All centre mids too, not good enough for that lads, right back please.

All centre mids too, not good enough for that lads, right back please. Marc Fitzpatrick is probably the most mis-treated player by the fans in my time watching Motherwell. Done his pan in every game, was an important part of a very good team and gave us one of our best moments ever. And somehow his face didn't fit and he got absolute pelters every week.

CrosshillWell 77 Report post Posted September 9, 2016 Shaun Fagan was a product of bizarre team selection by Butcher. A frequent first XI starter, obviously lacking ability and awarded a two year contract when most fans were questioning why he had a place in the squad, let alone starting. It was all very strange. He had the unenviable task of following in Faddy & Pearos footsteps. Too much expected of him. Especially with how he started. I remember one game where Alan Hutton was tearing the league up and he come up against Fitzy who matched him stride for stride all game, Hutton did hee haw but Fitzy still got pelters for man marking him out the game. I rated him highly and was really unfortunate with injuries.

Welldaft Mk1 602 Report post Posted September 13, 2016 Vigur's goal against Aberdeen was OK. It was indeed. Interestingly I noted on their match thread on Pie & Bovril one of their fans saying apart from the goal he was ineffectual and looked disinterested for most of the game. He was wanting him hooked before he scored. Sounds all too familiar.
