  1. {Every ticket thread on here} "We're in the Final" -- "Brilliant - how many tickets have we sold?" "I don't know - we're in the final" --"Great - but why has 'Flow not insisted on more tickets?" "We're in the Final" --"Aye, Brilliant - can we stop calling it he Celtic end?" "It's our second final of the season" --"I know, but the tickets - how many? "It's the FINAL" --"Aye, but the tickets need to go to real 'Well fans, not day trippers" "2nd FINAL" --"Only half the tickets sold? That's poor" "IT'S THE FINAL" --"Do I need to sit in my allocated seat?"

  3. No worries. Shotts is a bit of a pain to get to via public transport. Thanks anyway though.

  4. A poor excuse there from a day tripping, glory hunting part time supporter.

  5. The game is still 16 days away. The tickets have only been on general sale for 10 hours at a time when a lot of people are at work. No need to panic.

  6. Well said that man..... I get that us selling 12,700 tickets is a VERY good effort given our regular fan base, but I perhaps do not understand how we can take 13,000 to a League Cup Final and are (reportedly) struggling to sell same for a much more prestigious tournament and the LAST game of the season before a long summer. I guess the dilemna is say we do meet the magical 12,700 figure by next Tuesday. If we only just manage then I suspect there may be little chance of us selling the remaining 2300 even if we have a week and a half to do so. The club will find themselves in a tricky situation potentially. Do they take the risk of asking for more and having a whole section lying empty and all the criticism that would follow not to mention the lower income. Lets hope we get a late rush.....

  7. Roberts a raging h*n too. Fuck him and his sister (preferably before he does).

  8. I’ll be there. I hope it’s more like 1991 than 2011. Was confident in 1991. Not so much in 2011. Confident about this one. COYW

  10. I don’t think Stevie Woods was anywhere near as bad a goalie as a lot of people remember. However, when he messed up...he really messed up!

  11. I'm delighted a long time servant of our club had made a name for himself as a top coach. I hope plenty of others follow in his footsteps as it does nothing but good to our reputation as a club. I know we've had this discussion before, but you don't need to have been a top class player to be a top class coach. Totally different skill sets.

  12. Stevie Woods certainly hasn't been trying to blend into the background in any of the footage of the Celtic celebrations that I've seen. He's made a very good career as a goalkeeping coach out of debatable talent (I personally think there's a fair amount of selective memory involved).
