Don't know if it has been posted anywhere else but it deserves to be posted here too, the banter thiefs have done an updated version of "up the Well" which in itself is fantastic but they also got other fans and players involved.
For anyone that' not seen it here is the link.
I was up at Fir Park this morning having a nephews jersey autographed by the last 6 players and manager, of the Betfred Cup Final squad that he needed. I thanked them for their effort and everything they've achieved this season. They all appreciated me saying so and said they intended to make it a better ending to the season. A thoroughly nice bunch of guys. Don't suppose they'll read this but thank you to Trevor Carson, Peter Hartley, Richard Tait, Cedric Kipre (he's even bigger standing beside him than when watching from the stands) Ryan Bowman and Stephen Robinson. COYW
I believe Adam Livingstone has got a 1 year contract extension, which is good news for the Well supporting family and has merited the contract having seen him in the under 20's and is definitely a good prospect.
With just four days to go before the Scottish Cup final, Sparra sat down with Motherwell boss Stephen Robinson for an insight on preparations ahead of the big day, discuss his career at Fir Park as both assistant boss and as manager, Euro 2016, disappointment at Oldham and much, much more.

Just out of interest, what's this based on? I have never seen him but have only ever seen folk say generally awful hings about him and seena few awful highlights
Just finished them all off...really been spoiled this week!
Hammell's was superb - what a class act he is and think we have really won a watch with his appointment.
The Maxwell one was interesting as well, but found myself a few times thinking his outlook on certain aspects of football were pretty archaic. Still seems like a top bloke though.
The guy from the Celtic podcast was surprisingly fair in a lot of what he was saying.
Top effort guys!
I've got one spare ticket. I'm driving up on Friday and can bring it with me or I can post it to you. I've put it somewhere safe - just need to find it now. Let me know if you're interested.
Graphically speaking I’m not 100% convinced their branding is suited to being the main shirt sponsor any way. In my opinion the last decent looking logo we have had was Ian Skelly or Motorola. I detest betting/loan/pawn shop type sponsors as they cheapen the look of the shirt. However, if they offer us a shed load of money I will welcome them with open arms.
Couple of great offerings already this week lads. Interview with Hammy was excellent. Comes across as a really great guy with a clear vision of what he wants to do with the youth set up.
Still to listen to the Ally Maxwell one and really looking forward to the Robbo interview Tuesday night.
Keep up the good work.
Up the Well!
I see that total cunt, Tom Boyd, has already had his say on the lack of protection Celtic players (particularly Scott Brown) have been getting from referees recently.
The media are going to be sickening this week
I used to love international football. The World Cups of my youth, Argentina, Spain, Mexico, were periods of great joy where nothing mattered except the football.
Now? I cannot bring myself to give a toss about it and cannot see this changing. Perhaps it is just me? I have changed and it is my fault? Or maybe football has changed and I should be more than satisfied with EPL and the Champions League? Perhaps I could support Man City or Spurs or Real Madrid and get with the programme?
