Genuine question - Is it normal practise during public consultation for punters off the street, no matter their background or qualifications, to give feedback and ideas on the flow and the spacial relationship of the design of the building? Would the club/architects take any notice?
By the looks of some of the design statement documents they have based the model on already existing structures
I always thought it was to do with residents and locals giving their tuppenceworth with regards to external aesthetics and environmental issues eg 'the squirrels will have nowhere to nest', or 'it looks ugly from my window', or 'is it going to overload sewage pumps?'
As I said, genuinely wanting to know and not trying to take the piss.
