  1. I used to sit right on the half way line in the east stand where an old granny would shouting filth and abuse every five minutes, is she still there?
  2. To be honest I didn't think Higdon was anything special but it certainly didn't warrant some of the abuse he was getting. Also, although Murphy was pretty decent, he shouldn't have started due to his last couple of performances. Humphrey's miss wasn't as bad as Torres's but he should still have finished it, he must have been leaning back slightly when he hit it. That and Clancy's header, which hit everything except the back of net, were our 2 best chances of the game. I thought both Law and Humphrey were our best players today, beating defenders on either side. Craigan showed real character today to try and get the fans back on side, even at the end of the game he went over to talk to a couple of the fans at the front of the East Stand. McHugh's goal was a great finish and the substition of Murphy paid off. Daley looked good when he came on also. The referee had a really shocking game today, letting Aberdeen off with murder. All in all, I'm happy with the result which now makes it McCall 3-0 Brown.
  3. I can always remember everyone in the East Stand stood up for the last 10 minutes of the game. Early on Dundee Utd got cheated at Ibrox aswell.
  4. Apart from the result it was probably the most fun I've had at the football in ages. The boys in the end section were terrfic tonight, non-stop singing throughout the match. Keep it up guys
  5. Randolph Made a few excellent saves and kept us in the game I felt Clancy also had a great game aswell
  6. I always remember Ross McCormack scoring 2 belters against Hibs from pretty much the exact same spot within a few minutes of each other. I think they're in that video from the 07/08 season
  7. For me it would have to be Lukas Jutkiewicz's screamer against Hibs in the 6-6 game. Great end to a great game.
  8. Exactly, would really prefer a claret and amber union jack.
  9. It's just the first draft, so thanks for the feedback Brazilian. Would you suggest anything to be taken out or added?
  10. Anyone like to add anything "Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the treatment of Motherwell fans at Saturdays match. Never before in my life have I felt like a criminal, until Saturday. This was caused by jobsworth Stewards and Police Officers who were on an apparent power trip. A young Motherwell fan was thrown out for making a rude gesture at Celtic fans who were doing the exact same to him. What is the world coming to if you can't wind up opposition fans at a football match. I sincerely doubt that the fan would have been thrown out if he was a Rangers Fan at an Old Firm game. Even on Celtic Fans on the train back to Motherwell agreed that it was harsh and suggested that we make the complaint. Also when the young fan was thrown out, a number of Motherwell fans walked out in protest to this and the treatment they had received at previous matches. Whilst they were doing this, the home fans began to sing "Go home ya h*ns, go home", a few weeks ago at Fir Park, another Motherwell fan was thrown out by the Police for having a flag which said that same word on it. I believe the phrase is "One rule for one person, a different rule for another." After the match many Motherwell fans have decided to boycott Celtic Park in protest. I look forward to hearing your feedback."
  11. Thinking of emailing Celtic about the treatment of the fans yesterday. Would anyone have any objections?
  12. I do reckon the Union Jack was just to annoy them, and to be honest, it worked. We've got more right to fly a Union Jack than they have to fly an irish tricolor.
  13. Great performance from Strathclyde's Finest and Celtic's stewards today. Motherwell fan thrown out for giving the fingers to someone who was doing the exact same. Told not to see "If you hate Neil Lennon clap your hands", I wonder it was Rangers fans singing it if the Police woman would have acted the same. When people walked out the whole of parkhead erupted into "Go home ya h*ns" and nothing was done, a boy got thrown out and cautioned for having a flag with h*ns on it a few weeks ago. Bloody Jobsworths
  14. Apparently he just got a caution. He also got the slagging of his life at school and he is not allowed back for at least a month according to his mum and dad.
  15. Can see what you mean. Was there on the last day of the season and the guy behind me got chucked out for absolutely nothing. Stewards at Parkhead and Ibrox are certainly the worst in the league
  16. Higdon wins it for me, Law and Humphrey were both very good and Clancy had a great game aswell
  17. The mash-up of "Firework" and "Chasing Cars" needs to go. Would sound more at home at a really shit nightclub
  18. The boy is a year younger than me at school and it wasn't even his flag. Personally I thought it was a bit harsh and now he'll be getting pelters for the rest of the week. Disgrace how SNS have actually taken a photo of him never mind putting it on their website.
  19. Rangers 2nd goal killed us, and I felt at times we were scared to shot. But we're still 2nd after 5 games so we can't really complain.
  20. That was my first ever Fir Park pitch invasion, beat them 6-2 didn't we?
  21. I can remember that aswell i think, thought he was with Dundee Utd though
  22. Motherwell have given us many ups and downs over the years, so what has been your favourite moment which has stuck in your mind ever since. As someone who was born after 1991, I can't mention that so mines would either be watching Jutkiewicz's wonder goal which brought us level with Hibs at the 6-6 game or when Fitzpatrick sent us to the CIS Cup final in the dying seconds at Easter Road.
  23. Great Finish and a hard fought 3 points from us today, St Mirren always seem to get a late goal against us so it was great to finally get one back. It's what away days are all about. Singing throughout the game, last minute winners and making as much noise as you can while walking through Central Station. Bring on the Rangers next sunday We are top of the league, I say we are top of the league
  24. To be fair to Sky Sports, the commentator did state during the Aberdeen v Celtic game that "if Celtic won they would go top but that could all change when Hearts play Motherwell later on today"
