We wore the Claret shorts and socks with it in it's first outing against Rangers in the 76 Scottish Cup semi final, classy.
Seem to remember the SFA or SFL fined us for wearing it that night as we didn't have the design registered.

No.7 is Crystal Palace Home Kit 1977-80
It contained a diagonal red and navy sash that had been in favour with the club since 1975. The team at the time were managed by Terry Venables who later left to join QPR in the 80-81 season. The team wore the kit in their promotion year when the won the old Second Division title in the 1978-79 season. The team at the time included players such as Kenny Samson, Jim Cannon and Paul Hinshelwood.

Ipswich Town are poised to make an offer for Randolph. McCall has a replacement lined up. Not heard what kind of fee they are talking about, but in my opinion it should be at least £1 million.

Apparently John Boyle visited Motherwell Police station today to be given a dressing down over his actions last Saturday. Archie Knox has also been to Grampian Police over the bonus row only to be told it's nothing to do with the police and is a civil matter for the courts.

Funny how Alistair McCoist was pro-traded by the media as the innocent party and Lennon as the baddie but in this incident the media have turned the table.

Like most people on here Broon has played the media and they believe every word that spouts from his mouth.
But we are all not a dumb as these so called journalists and are now seeing thru the 2 faced grumpy old man.
Craig was very adapt at showing support for the referees to the media but to the refs faces away from the media he had a very different story.

Undersoil heating has been on recently to get some heat into the pitch and encourage the grass to grow. If we get the weather like it was today from now on then the pitch will look good. Only downside is 3 games on it in a week coming up!!!!

Looks like Saunders will miss the remainder of the season with the injury he picked up in Killie game. Will this mean Hateley playing at right back or will McCall give Page a chance to prove himself?

Hateley had some nice touch but gets caught on the ball too often, should stick to being a right-back

What he basically said was that the Old Firm would rather play glamour frendlies in Dubai and other exoctic places in the summer than start the league early and have a winter shut down.

Gow - Has not done enough in the Claret & Amber to earn a contract IMHO. If that's him trying to impress then no thanks.
Blackman Not really been doing it for the last few weeks, maybe it's because he's had Gow upfront with him and not Sutton. Unfortunately it's not likely to be our decision given that Blackburn have an extensive injury list at the moment. However, worth asking them the question.
Fitzy Too injury prone, would free up some cash.

Are you on drugs? Sutton is next to useless. Why do people slate the likes of Craigan even when he is played out of position but exception is made for Sutton? He is more surplus than some of those mentioned. And just who do we get to replace them??
When was Craigan ever played out of position - unless it been his whole career!!!!

Handful of tickets left for East and Cooper stands and POD wings filling up quickly.
Hopefully we can give these new found Well fans something to cheer and maybe, just maybe a few will come along to the Ark for the remaining games.
