My take on it is that, with all due respect to Lanechhkklly (and some of the comments so far from our own fans have been disgraceful), we will beat them over two legs with Clarky, Reynolds & Quinn missing. Therefore that gives us 14 days* from now to get a few signings in the door! *14 days til the 10th July, when our squad list has to be entered.

I phoned the hotel that I'm staying in so I could ask them a few questions. The lassie was full of chat and was dead helpful. Coming to the end of the convo, I said "Last thing.... how do you pronounce the name of the town? Is it La-nelly?" and after a few seconds pause she quite angrily said... "....Lanechhkklly!"

I think it's more the fact that you're getting so worked up at something you basically don't really have any right to be angry about. Llanelli are within their rights to do whatever the fuck they want regarding the stadium, the fact you've booked a couple of flights shouldn't hamper their decision!

En route to Nancy I got the overnight bus from Inverness to London. I swore to myself I would NEVER do it again, but due to being a bit short for cash it looks like I'll have to do it again if we're flying anywhere; generally much cheaper flying from London than Glasgow. Avoid it if you can is all I can say. Sitting pricing flights to Estonia etc just now, can't wait

With the draw merely 2 days away, I thought I'd start a thread for all the chat of the 1st Qualifying Round. There's been quite a bit to get depressed about regarding MFC at the moment, what with not having a manager, players allegedly being sold etc, but personally, I'm excited as fuck about our European tour! What with us being seeded, I estimate we'll get to the 3rd Qualifying Round as a minimum. Anything better than that I'd see as a massive financial boost for the club. £500k isn't too bad considering Clarky's only got a year left to run on his contract. Saying that, however, I'd much rather we tied him down for another couple of years. I wonder how long Fletcher has left on his contract.

I reckon we'll hopefully make it to about the 3rd qualifying round at least, what with us being seeded. Obviously this will depend on who we draw. If I am right, 270,000 euros plus gate receipts could work out for a relatively decent money spinner for us!
