I think there's next to no chance he'll leave in January, we're doing well financially and he's extremely important to us, and nobody's gonna pay funny money for him when they can get him for free. The days of us selling him for £300k with 6 months left on his contract because we're skint are (hopefully) gone. Edit - this is all speculation inside my brain so someone 'in the know' feel free to come along and tell me to weesht.

In terms of points gained there is no difference between those two scorelines but in terms of morale, confidence, frustration within the support and overall embarrassment for the club there's a huge difference.
