Odds on tomorrow with the bookies. FFS.
-
No matter what Killie can clinch 7th on Saturday by beating County so hopefully the focus is on that for them...
-
Yeah you'd want to play the team that finished 3rd or 4th. 6 games in 20 days takes it toll after a long season and it was apparent with Falkirk last season when it looked like they ran out of steam in the second leg.
Still hopeful we wont have to concern ourselves with it though...
-
I'd imagine unless the kids patg prices drop hugely then its worthwhile picking up a kids season ticket even if your children would only make 3/4 games a season with you.
Plus then there is that 'allure' of having their own season ticket.
A smart move I think.

On a side note, concession age remains 60. Is it not about time this was brought into line with retirement age? We are potentially missing out on a fair whack from a sizeable cohort of our support that will have above average earnings.
Believe a couple of clubs have a separate price for 60-65 year olds and then the full concession rate. Would be a quick way to try and bridge the gap with hopefully minimal fuss

"This means that supporters who take advantage of the early bird discount before 1st June 2017 can watch all 19 home fixtures from around £16 per game."
Presumably if we get relegated the club will do a Celtic and bring in a high class European opponent to make up the extra game....
The 19th game will be in the playoffs next season...the relegation ones from the championship...

Feck me three horrendous goals conceded.
-
Wont make it along but will certainly try and get a question or two in via twitter.
-
Just a quick update, not that it will make much difference but Jacob Blyth (glass man) hobbled off on crutches at the u20s game tonight, looks like his season is over. I guess it changes the shape of our bench and leaves us light on striking cover should moults injury play up.
He's not a happy fella about it on twitter

Yassssss.
Fixtures next time around could easily see Dundee and ICT cut off with the rest on 35...although it would be some turn around from an absolute pumping to picking up 3 points.
Fckin Cmon the Well!!!

Heart says 2-1 head says 1-1 or 0-0 but let's see what the lineup brings.

For all wondering about post-split fixtures - they've been done & are with Sky/BT Sport to pick live games. We'll find out once they decide.

Get yer money on a red card

Fuck it I think we'll still stay up.
Dunno why dunno how but I don't think we are finishing bottom and reckon we could see off any of the three teams in the championship if it came to it.
Ask me again after next week right enough...
-
Hopefully it's just for cash flow purposes until prize money etc but it's not ideal.
Don't like the way it's hidden away either in the summary and don't like that it leaves 4K in the bank either.

Are the dates for the post split games published anywhere?
Week off for the Scottish cup semi finals then:
Saturday 29th April
Saturday 6th May
Saturday 13th May
Tue / Wed 16th / 17 May
Sat 20th May
Probably a Friday night game in there I'd imagine.
Playoff finals on Thur 25th and Sunday 28th...

Comfortable 2-0 win for Thistle me thinks and expecting us to be 11th on Saturday night.
So aye no doubt we'll sneak another point.
-
Bowman really should have scored from 5 yards instead of dragging it wide
Two games I've seen in 5 days and we arguably could have / should have had 6 points to show for it. Baws.

I know its an almost impossible question to answer just now, but anyone any idea what our post-split fixtures might look like?
I know we are due 3 home matches but only have County and Killie out of the current bottom 6 due back to Fir Park. So I guess no matter what there is going to be someone fecked about.
With our home form maybe an 18/20 split might work out better for us...
Hopefully Celtic beat Killie this weekend and then we can get the split fixtures out nice and early and we can all look forward to the 'post split fixtures - projections' thread
Can see us having Accies or Caley on the last day anyway

To hell with not playing the guessing game.
David Badwillie.
-
Keep 11 men on the pitch and we'll pump them.
-
Not much to add but thought we were brilliant today. Solid looking at the back and quick to close down. Offering something going forward as well.
Play like that against Inverness and accies and we'll be fine but I guess that's the issue in general.
Too often we'd roll over after conceding but we nearly (and maybe should have) got the lead the again,

Would rather the extra £50k for finishing 9th above Dundee.
Mind you fully expect us to lose on Saturday if Caley as looking likely have the chance to escape 12th.
