Obviously a healthy debate from people thinking he’ll work & people thinking he won’t ( nobody really knows at this point ) im pretty sure nobody would take him if they could rewind to the start of the season knowing what they know now disaster is subjective 5 defeats in a row, knocked out the cup by stenny, players regressing, players looking uninterested, no clear playing style, defensively all over the place….. to me it’s not far away from a disastrous start, can he fix it….maybe if we get scudded off hearts he’ll be under real pressure, if he can produce a performance ( not necessarily a result ) it’ll buy him time hopefully we turn up 🤞

In reality it goes with results plenty managers over the years have had great ideas, tried to implement different coaching techniques ( whether ur John Collins at Hibs or ten Haag at man united ) cannot keep losing whether the board like him or not

Don’t think anybodies said we’re getting relegated ( currently I do think we’ll be down there though come the end of the season ) it’s the performances that are the concern I’ve still not seen anybody on here point to 1 positive to suggest it’ll turn not saying it will but if the unthinkable happened where we took no points from the next 3 ( we won’t from hearts in my opinion ) you’d still blindly leave it til the halfway point?

After the st Mirren game was where I felt it should be reviewed ( thought we had 4 of 5 winnable before Celtic ) almost more frustrating that all of the teams seems to be performing poor or taking points off each other any sort of run takes 4th in the league

I’m not against the answer because I’d genuinely like him to succeed just don’t see anything to suggest it will whether we like it or not footballs a business so if ur in relegation trouble ( not saying we are at this stage but thinks it’s a severe possibility we’ll be in the mix ) then action needs to happen u pay ur money to be entertained & that showed in increased attendances last season Killie for me are by a mile the worst team in the league happy to be proven wrong (hope I am) but cannot see us picking up any points from hearts

Genuine question for people backing the manager ( u know who u are ) if the results & the standard continues….. how long before u realistically turn? (for the record I don’t see him turning it but I’m genuinely interested in how long)

I don’t think jens recreates the season he had last if he stays with us ( he still has a good season but not last years level ) good managers move at the right time 1 of the issue for me is this data model chat…. hearts for example have lost what we’ve lost ( if not better ) & managed to use the data model to replace well we’ve lost players & recruited without any obvious plan How have we got it so right last year & so wrong this year?

I can see why we had a shot at him & he was always up against it regardless honestly think it’ll show the ambition of the club if we can act swiftly & go it’s not working maybe he wins a game & we go top 6…..it’s just papering over the obvious hope if we do bin him we’re brave enough to go leftfield again…..but get it right
