Defended him loads even when things were bad but I am sorry....after last season horrendous run when board backed him he has had 2 windows and we have made no progress and a style of football which is terrible. The injuries this season of course haven't helped but his attitude has changed and he seems to love sound of his own voice. Board don't have the guts to make a change but I think it's time to go despite fact we are 5th but that will change very quickly.
