  1. Oh well, no real surprise end of the day and overall we did well. Not a lot in it first half but Celtic did go up a gear second half and obviously the sending off was a game changer and they just dominated after that. Not seen the penalty decision but from what everyone said both on the radio and on our bus home watching it, sounded like a bad call. We move on and im expecting a return this season in the Scottish cup.
  2. I love the attitude coming out from the club and admire the optimism in general. But winning it, yep its a very, very long shot. Celtic are miles ahead of everyone else in terms of quality. But the pair of us are going to enjoy every minute of the day.
  3. Dont see last night result making any difference to Sundays game in truth. The pattern over the last few years has been Celtic getting gubbed in Europe then bouncing straight back domestically.
  4. Yep, you could see within 5 minutes of his first game we had an absolute gem of a player. Just organised the whole back line from the kick off.
  5. We do seem to have a bit of a f#ck you attitude in the team, never a bad thing.
  6. Im of the view we just let him go for nothing in the summer. As others have said I think his worth over the next few months is greater than taking a fee in January. We will finish top 6 with him, maybe not without him and that matters, even for next seasons season ticket sales. Lets give him a huge thank you send off end of the season and wish him luck for the future.
  7. I purchases an away top from 1996 to wear, something different from the modern tops.
  8. Huge credit to the guys today for a terrific result and very important given the next two league games for confidence. Amazing to think just how good this team is given the budget.
  9. For me the league games are far more important than the cup and with Celtic in the league twice if we get nothing today we are probably looking at a fairly long losing streak. Im just treating next Sunday as an enjoyable day out and nothing more. Chance of winning the final are probably something like 5% I would have thought.
  10. Same here, we also need two tickets. I can go through PayPal if they have an account. Would need them posting out to me.
  11. Tried to purchase two Official club bus seats for Stephen the guy I support and myself today, sadly totally sold ou.
  12. Think that may be a bit of a learning experience for Robinson, you play your best 11. Im guessing in the post match interview he may state he was responsible to a degree for that result. I real shame because with the upcoming fixtures we now have a real challenge on.
  13. Honestly disappointed in that line up, resting Campbell and Bowman, not for me.
  14. 150k and up doing a quick google search
  15. Deserved win for Hibs who just had that little bit more quality. Bigger team with a far bigger budget and yesterday it just showed. Robinson has done an amazing job on a very limited budget and I thought we looked tired yesterday. But, its been an amazing start to the season and we move on.
  16. Its a passback, dont really see how it could be anything else.
  17. Thats actually the most physical ive seen from Dundee of late and that and the crowds reaction to every challenge we made was defiantly influenced by the adverse publicity of late.
  18. Sadly its going to work against us for the rest of the season now. I did not have high expectations of anything in the final anyway but every challenge will be pulled up now. We will also be a marked team in the league games with opposition managers pointing out what a bunch of thugs we are in advance of games and referees put under pressure to act. Its as though all the positives about the club and team are being ripped away when in fact the players have been a revelation. Everyone seems to have forgotten how we totally outplayed Aberdeen last round playing high tempo, and yes skilful football at times. Suddenly weve turned into the equivalent of the Leeds team of the 1970s
  19. Wonder just how many we will have at the final. The win over Aberdeen was fantastic but the publicity after yesterdays game must surely have raised the interest a good amount.

    Rangers Motm

Mount as the match winner, but yes Carson was also excellent as Hartley. I though McHugh had his best game for a long time and showed just what a good player hes going to be if he develops re his pass conversion.
  21. Along with many of the comments from Rangers fans stating the ref was against them. Because they have never had decisions go in their favour in the past obviously.
