Fact of the matter is we offer absolutely nothing upfront, Zero. Noone on our team could smack a cows arse with a banjo and sadly this game is down to who scores the most goals.

This problem is only going fo consist as the season goes on. Top 6 if we are lucky

Most of your assessments pretty fair. I look forward to your balanced comments unlike some. Great to have balanced assessment.

The point is though that certain representatives of certain bigger clubs manage to get their rhetoric broadcast to a much wider audience.

A manager of a smaller club airing their opinion on their club TV isn't going to have any impact on the opposition.

I get that rhetoric of larger clubs manager gets more air time. I do however think it has minimal impact on matches. Given we have vr now also. And we can also use it to motivate our players.

Possibly, possibly not but that’s irrelevant. Walter Smith hasn’t been the Rangers manager for over ten years while Brendan Rodgers is the current Celtic manager. Therefore he does hold alot more sway with the media than our manager ever could and that is the point being made here.

Journalists report the news. They dont usually influence it. And dont influence matches. Teams with larger supports always get more ckcerage as they have more readers. Coaches always try to play mind games before matches. Its part of the game now. Try to get over it.

I do speak for myself. I’ve just go no interest in international football and find it boring, fake and a complete pain in the arse that gets in the way of the real stuff.

The only positive for me is as you say it gives our injured players the opportunity to recover, hopefully anyway.

Talking rubbish. Whys it fake? Nothing boring about watching Scotland beat Spain. Scotland doing great.

Everything about international football is pish.

I really don’t see why they don’t play more qualifiers in June of the year that there is no Euros or World Cup instead of having these breaks once a month for the first three months of the season.

Speak for yourself. I enjoy the internationals. Gives time for our injured players to recover too. And Scotland doing great.

  6. What I'm looking for is just to beat st mirren.  We will never compete with ugly sisters but we can compete with others. My 12 year old son Nick used to hate football.   I was hoping for a win and get him to come again to a match. He loved atmosphere. Well boys thanks. Hes sensible and logical about football, knows the rules. He seen how willie gollum has managed game and was so emotive about it. Taking interest in it. Hoping we would equalise. Watching st mirren time wasting. Hes wanting to go to next match v st mirren. Even though we lost. I've managed to get my boy to give a fk about goin to next game. That's enough for me. Happy days.

I'd say it would be amateur hour if we spent all of our money on one player then just prayed he doesn't get injured, suspended or lose form.

I do get that too and of course it may create division in squad. Just asking for some innovation. Looks like we got more issues than just needing a forward. Hopefully mika ok.

There is no way we could have kept KVV, our wage structure couldn't have managed it.  In the end we managed to sell him and get a good transfer fee . We move on

That's what I'm saying . Wage structure limited . But why can't it be altered to show ambition.? And no innovation or thinking outside the box.

Re: Mugabi, how many times do people need to see that he just can’t be relied on? His concentration and positional sense are non existent.

Even basic control of the ball and passing poor. Hes not a footballer. Against lower teams in group he was not tested but hes not a premiership player. Why we playing him as sweeper at times too? Hes not to be trusted to make basic passes.
