  1. Chalking off legit goals are ones you need to get right, showed a lack of understanding of the game
  2. If he thinks that's a foul he doesnt understand the game.
  3. It's a hard watch at ths minute and I am a Robbo fan.. its maybe one of those years, tomny mclean had them too Imagine somebody being tempted by a higher paid job, you dont even know if that's true tho
  4. Funny you should say that, today's game reminded me a lot of the Scottish cup game v Ross County, when they were in first division. We just didn't look at it
  5. Aw right gary holt...wtf has that got to do with Motherwell??
  6. Aye , that's old holty for you though...honourable to the end and a bloody nice bloke too. Who you talking about , Holt???
  7. That tackle by McCann shouldve been red..no attempt to play ball
  8. So between 5 and 20 PC have been in a pub or restaurant and MAY have caught it there, if there are ones who aren't doing the controls properly, by all means, close them. That still leaves between 80 and 95 PC who haven't.. outdoor contact sports also stopped , is there evidence that there have been any transmission from this , genuine question?? House gatherings will continue unabated where presumably the vast majority are occurring ...sledgehammer to crack a nut comes to mind
  9. Fair enough , but if we had figures to indicate where and how transmission takes place, e.g pubs/ restaurants apparently are something like 5% of cases . It would be interesting to know how widely it has been transmitted in an outdoor setting ,therefore with some sort of breakdown, it would be easier to risk assess rather than just stop things completely. if the track/ trace system is working effectively, these figs should be available.
  10. I wouldnt want their jobs either, but just some scientific explanation for not allowing some restricted crowds...I know I am like a broken record but football is played and watched outside
  11. The figures for transmission in hospitality is very low , approx 5% , so it’s a bit of a myth that going to the pub spreads it very much.
  12. If that was true , it could have bigger ramifications than us getting 3 points Nicola Sturgeon could put the boot into football again ... remember her yellow card statement? As someone said at the time if it was a group of lawyers for example, would she threaten the law society?? Anyway hopefully its unfounded rumour and we crack on.
  13. I dont always agree with you but That is a well balanced piece and you could be right , we dont have a special player to pull us up the league ....hopefully not. At least you've made your argument well ...others should take note ...
  14. Yodo and steelboy have been stirred into action...it'll be something negative then
  15. Quite a lot of supposition in that one ...maybe we will be great from Jan onwards and maybe we would have finished third??
  16. So beating Aberdeen 3 nil at Pittodrie was solely down to their goalie? If only the team were as consistent as your negative dreary posts. It's not been great but why dont you see how next 2 games go against teams of a similar stature ...if we were to get beaten in them two, maybe your points will have some credence .
  17. Totally different rangers team , we hadn't been any great shakes prior to that game
  18. I think I am a happy flapper at times but the lad on the commentary Lewis makes me look like mr angry ....could be worse tho
  19. Dont know where the aare meant to put your arms
  20. Morning , Fair dues, I was back on my hobby horse again “idiocy “ is ott , they probably got put in a position and went with the flow. its nothing like drink driving tho, one is illegal...and as you say the other is guidelines , not for people to nick about with measuring tapes and stop watches. Honestly think , some dudes standing for a snap for a few seconds is minimal risk Are slow dances at discos still a thing? That’s going to be a big miss....I won’t start a thread for this ...lol
  21. There nothing like each other, there’s definitely no point drink driving ,it’s been shown the devastation it can cause but if you want to talk about risk and benefits....a minimal risk of transmission in outdoor arenas against the survival of your club until punters are given the chance we don’t fully know what the risk are but science says much greater risk inside , outside minimal risk but probably until some of the championship clubs go under , we can all keep hiding under the duvet
