  1. Went for Welsh but O'Donnell close. Both solid defensively but Welsh's goal and GIRFUY celebration swung it.
  2. Thought we looked a bit rusty right at the start and we're a goal down before we took control. Team's got guts and draw the least we deserved. If we can get more ruthless with finishing I still think this could be a real special season. I think Rangers are a bit like St Mirren but with more money.
  3. Have to be fairly pleased how the window has worked out for us. Glad to have Welsh back. Would have been, or probably was, very difficult to find an other option that would fit in as well. Hope the fact he is cup tied doesn't harm us too much.
  4. Wondered that as well. Don't know if he was just explaining the reason for the delay?
  5. Good to have difficulty choosing yet again. Went for Priestman but, Fadinger, Just, Slattery and Said stood out as well. Priestman just looks so balanced and assured. All the more impressive given how limited his opportunities have been. Thought O'Donnell strolled it at the back, Dackers is a big awkward unit. Longelo caused a lot of problems for them going forward, especially in the second half.
  6. Have to agree. Didn't look great but seemed to play OK.
  7. Not sure Kilmarnock were by far the better team in the first 20 but surprised how well they done to begin with. Didn't see any of our players claiming offside for their goal and very sweet it was disallowed especially given who scored. Good to see us being a bit relentless and run up a score. Encouraged Björgólfsson got an assist and looks he might offer something a bit different. Thought the laddie McColm looked quite assured in the short time he was on.
  8. Wonder what the thinking was playing him in the cup? Just to fill a shirt because they wanted to rest others higher up the pecking order? I know they won't care about how potentially impacts on us but if they are thinking there is a chance he will be loaned back surely they know it makes it a slightly less attractive option from our point of view.
  9. Went for Priestman. Looked comfortable all game and has never let us down when he has come into the team.
  10. We can play much better but still controlled the game,, kept our patience and the goal eventually came. Would have took a 1-0 with no injuries before the game. Great to see a 5K plus crowd.
  11. Happy Birthday Grizzly 🎂, glad the good guys delivered for you.
  12. Went for Just again. Said it before but his energy levels are incredible. Great ball for the first. Whole defence played well. Watt great again and cracker of a goal. Maswanhise with a great one on one finish, could have done with that at Ibrox. Think Said is fitting in to the team well now, could be a real asset for us. No failures really.
  13. Great win, good performances all over the park. Probably like a lot of Well fans, felt like we owed them one. Game started they way St Mirren would have wanted it to but as someone used to say, "we earned the right to play". Thought we actually competed better than them for the majority of the game. Couple of cracking goals and could have been more. Another game where the opposition have said that's their worst performance of the season, funny that.
  14. VAR KMI panel outcome for our penalty claim at Ibrox: The majority (2:1) of the panel agreed that the on-field decision of no penalty was incorrect and therefore the final outcome decsion of no penalty was incorrect. However, the majority (2:1) of the panel agreed it didn't meet threshhold of VAR intervention. So the majority thought it should have been awarded but also a majority vote that it wasn't a clear and obvious error so the referee was not asked to have another look?
