It's exciting alright however that exciting will soon turn to frustration pretty quickly. For me I love it simply because I was entertained and I can come away from a game like that knowing I am witnessing something special. But we need to start picking up points hopefully soon with some new faces at the back that have played this way before just to calm things down a bit. My jury is out on Ward very very shaky to me just makes me nervous every time he has the ball. Anyway roll on next week!

Totally agree if Balmer isn't fancied get him out and get a couple in to fit playing style the boss wants also someone with a bit more height in the central of defence.

We are getting a bit light everywhere on the pitch tbh.What I don't want is just tons of dross coming in just before the window closes. I will be shocked if Balmer isn't on his way out aswell we really need to start getting first team starters in the door.

One thing about AP that I can't work out is his decision making is beyond poor so many times he has made the wrong call and he seems never to learn from it. He could have had a handful of goals by now but seems to make the wrong calls nearly everytime the ball comes to him.

Good good let's hope he can do us a turn and another option up front which is very much needed. I feel our recruitment this summer has went up a level been pretty good some decent bits been added.

I shall be pretty alarmed if we dont do a fair bit of business but the key is for me we need starters not just bench players.

Good stuff but pretty clear what we need and we need it pretty sharpish to get them up to speed. A bit quality up front and that game would have been dead and buried before half time.

We are a striker away from having a decent season or a extremely frustrating season cause right now Stam isn't it and probably won't be it.

I was genuinely footballing depressed under Malpas I was living in Germany at the time travelling back for games and the flights home I was turning into a borderline alcoholic lol. In recent times will always have a soft spot for McCall thought he had us playing some decent stuff and was just good for the club in general.

I would top it up by phoning Viking and asking them if they are still interested in Stam then take that fee invest in Hale then top six is basically ours! Hopefully we invest in our youth system but also invest in players to bring in to make better and sell on.

I think it's pretty safe to say Balmer is well and truly out the door if he can't start before SOD. I am not Balmer biggest fan but rather him starting than SOD as his positioning in the center back role is horrible and no not picking on him we have all been witness to it. The frontline is interesting I like it!

I shall go 8th but a very entertaining 8th along the way! Top 6 and we might not be keeping our manager for that long cause it would have been a season and a half!

Such a poor goal to gift them but the passing needs to sharpen up a bit and i hope JBA is ripping them to bits over the marking for that goal totally shocking. Its going to be an entertaining season thats for sure
