For me 2022 is probably the worst footballing year I have witnessed on the football side of things It was dire from two different managers was a total horror show.

Just want to add that KvV has scored in every game since the 4th of March seeing it on my Flashscore app is magical and beautiful.

I would give him a two year deal looking at his record keeps himself fit played 40-50 times each season he was at Rangers also good for a goal. Would improve our midfield greatly but i suspect bigger clubs with more wedge will be sniffing about him.

Oh him and his agent will be working on that transfer as we speak. He has made a career out of transfer sign on fees if anything else apart from his purple patch with us he actual football career has been below average. Soon as United get relegated by us on the last day I wouldn't be shocked if he rocks up over the road at Dundee.

SOD is regressing I haven't seen anything when he has stepped in to tell me any other wise. It's like on the other side of Carroll and McGinlay is the answer then both flanks are a huge step down from this season. It's not been rocket science to what Kettlewell has done would even go as far as if you look back on these forums folk on here where saying the exact same formation,playing KVV as a two. What he did have to do was install that magic ingredient confidence as it sapped out them by previous manager. These were not a group of players that had not gave up not one of them these where a group of players that needed proper management to guide them hence position we are in today. I do think Kettlewell when he got the development coach job he was brought in with the well if this go wrong we have someone that could step up if need be.It might not have been talked about but sure Burrows and co at the time had this in mind. I like everything about the guy his pressers are good,think he will sell the club to players well.Good fit for all parties involved onwards and upwards! If anything replacing the wing backs shall be important to our success next season as they are pretty key how Kettlewell plays and we are lucky enough to have two outstanding ones.They compliment each other perfectly. I really do hope Blaney gets more starts pushes for first team with his free kick ability could be a real asset.I actually think he has a bit of quality about him.

I wouldn't right off Shields yet btw maybe Kettlewell has been watching him all season and sees a player in him. Different managers get different tunes out of players I actually think Kettlewell might do so with Shields upfront he was never a winger which he was played here 99 percent of the time.

Can I ask Grizz criticism in what way?From what I could see he was playing in a honking formation,with honking tactics but still scoring goals.Would even go as far as saying he probably kept Stevie in a job longer with his goals he scored. I was listening to Martindale talking yesterday after the match and he said the exact same thing that KVV is the best outside the old firm.The club might get that wee transfer dangler during the summer window for him. Onwards and upwards for rest of the season and next season.

Yep Furlong for me aswell thought he was outstanding and wouldn't say no if he wishes to extend his stay with us for a wee while longer.

McGinn could have been pushed inside,Sol or lamie dropped and Johnston been starting with Penny on the left.

I think we dropped the ball with Max Johnston big time.The fact he was loaned out in September and O Donnell really hasn't been any good for us for a long long while it would have been better for us to have Max pushing for first team rather than punt him to Cove. It might have even cost us a fair few bob if he was getting the praise he has been a few clubs might have pushed on with a bid for him in January to get him signed on.
