  1. Have you believed everything, or should I say on a personal level anything that any government/Leitch have/has said?

It would be wonderful if we could really believe that stadiums and life were going to get back to normal, but as has been shown before as soon as a big date gets close another “variant” appears as if by magic,

I predict with my mystic Meg crystal ball, and I really hope I can be proved wrong but I predict that the castors that are fitted to the goals will move again at the end of September to end the “normality”  just when the Well support have settled back into our seats.

  2. I thought SOD done okay in amongst some real underperforming English Premiership n the green ugly sister player, I thought McTominey was tosh, Christie invisible n Marshall’s positioning for the 2nd goal amateurish but however in his defence his other saves in the match saved us from a humbling,

However just wait for the clamouring from the orange brigade n Glasgow media for boy wonder to start against the English, with the cry “he’s scored in Europe” in one of his 8 games.

Clarke has to start  with DT and Gilmour (and I realise he hasn’t had many games either but he’s in tbe Chelsea first team rather than orange boy wonder who’s in the Rangers squad..big difference IMO) alongside McGinn and I hope Tierney is fit, he could make a difference.

  3. Aye, Patterson will become an important player for Scotland, in time, but only if the young player knuckles down and continues his development, but as Grizzlyg said the ugly sisters media hyping the young guy who’s played 8 full games, I sincerely hope SOD can see off the young pup n keep his, and Well’s stock high during the euros!

  4. Who do you all think has been the best signing in the January window and most improved player/s under GA so far?

For me the best signing by an absolute country mile has been Kelly, his assured goalkeeping and talking to his defence has definitely been the catalyst to our resurgence and recent good form, he is on a par with Trevor and has been excellent.

I also think that Devante has been a revelation under GA, he has been played as an out and out Centre Forward and none of this Robbo pish across the front...somewhere and as a result has scored 9 goals and showing his true potential. I am probably going to get slaughtered for this I also think Lamie has improved a lot, he still has the ability to be a total bomb scare but under GA he’s not been as bad and has been a bit more reliable, he used to give opponents a goal of a start every time he played, not so much now but still lots of room for improvement.

    Thoughts?

I think you'll find McKenna left Aberdeen a while ago, now plying his trade with Notts Forest.

I realised that later doh! But up with the great Scottish internationalist Consadine he’ll look world beating, but then again how long until the strop?

  6. Well as far as I’ll say good riddance Dec.
The grass might not be greener playing with sheep, previous Well players thought the same..Curtis Main n look where that got him after 18mths, then again playing beside the cart horse that is McKenna will make him look good, wonder how Glass will react when Decs toys come out the pram like they did here?

  7. Well, as has been said before me I didn’t see that one coming, never thought we would be able to hold on to SOD and a bit of a feather in GA’s cap as SOD would definitely had others with bigger budgets like Hibs, Sheep, Hearts sniffing about him but I’m pleased we have retained him and on a 2 year deal,

His inconsistency for us but so positive when in a Scotland top shows what he can do and we have to be pleased and positive to keep that type of talent on our budget and hopefully  GA can get the best out of him in the coming season and I’m sure GA will want to build his defence around him as Dec will be gone as fast as he can clear Lanarkshire as soon as the seasons over.

I can now only hope that GA has a few more rabbits in his magic hat that he can use to  sign Liam Kelly, a centre half, a left back, a couple of midfielders and resigning Cole!

    Good signing Well, what’s/who’s next?

  8. Aye it seems that Big Dec has well and truly fucked up, getting his rewards now as far as I’m concerned, if he had stopped playing funny buggers then he would have at least another 2 caps.

Even the cart horse McKenna got on before him so that says everything. As Goggles n Flippers said time for a new agent haha

Should GA pick him then he has to play his socks off for us again to try and get his trip in June, you fucked up Dec!

  9. The first order of the day in my opinion is to get enough points to be safe, then if we can get above St Midden just to prove a point after Covidgate n then if all my Christmas’s come at once the Accies to get relegated right after we have pumped them 5-0 at their shitheap....can but dream eh?

GA has definitely improved the Well since his arrival, however Saturdays absolute shitfest surely can’t happen again but I e been a Motherwell fan long enough to expect the worst but I’d expect a good few changes, GA alluded to it in his post match interview about choosing the wrong team, I think those that want away Campbell, Polworth, Long, SOD n Gallaghe (if fit) have to start performing to get their best move, I’m sure GA will tell them as much, I’d say we will get 10 pts out of 15 starting with a victory against Saints, draw against the Midden, close loss against Hibs, victory against Livvi who’s bubble has burst but their safe so no pressure,  n a victory against Killie, never mind top 6 just get as far away from the bottom 2 n be safe for GA to rejig the squad for next season. CMYW!!!!!!

Well that’s my predictions shot to bits...

  11. If Kelly was to be out we would have nothing to lose by giving PJ his debut, he’s got more talent in his left glove than Chapman has, Chapman I’m afraid is a mare waiting to happen.

Isnt  it ironic that Lamie is the only recognised centre half left standing, how many times has he given sides a goal of a start this season?
Scary proposition but I still think we could scrape a victory, don’t care how but just do it!

    Cmon Yeee Well!!!!!
