I agree about Stuart. He's still a young lad, and he probably knows better than all if us that there's room for improvement. Lots of lovely touches and a healthy goal return, but he really needs to improve on decision makong as he regularly concedes possession, leaving our awful defence exposed with the midfield in advanced areas. All of this said, I prefer him in the team than out of it, and would love to see the boy having a great career. Seems a top guy from a lovely family.

I'm sure that our stadium manager could answer this directly as he must've been aware of any issues. Unless of course he was at Hampden in his SFA role... TBH I'm not even sure that the club directly provide kiosk catering any longer.

Penney has been part of a collectively very poor defensive line-up and has been miles off it for the past few weeks. Teams, most recently Hibs, have been successfully targeting our left-hand side. Overall I felt Penney steadily regressed during his time here, and it'll certainly be interesting to see who Hammell replaces him with.

Surely Hammell has to mix up the starting 11 here? If Blaney doesn't start then it makes a complete mockery of his signing. Penney should be dropped, as presumably his loan is coming to an end (and he's been dug meat for weeks). The boy Miller has been talked-up so deserves a start, and the likes of Tierney surely deserves a full 90? Unfortunately I fear we may see more of the same starting 11 as the gaffer fears a defeat would cost him the gig.

I've never really understood the argument that centre-halves need to be opposite footed, it seems to be another modern football obsession. Right now we just need them to be able win headers and clear the fucking ball.

Cup game next week gives him the perfect opportunity to mix the team up a bit. Will be interesting to see if he does though, because losing the tie will have folk demanding a public flogging by chief henchman Bob "badboy" Park.

Big Aldo is no a bad player, but a bit lightweight for a centre-half. His assistant is a bit more beefy right enough and would certainly fill a gap.
