  1. You can add signing shite players and being clueless tactically to that.
  2. “But we’re in the top six and he got us to Hampden”, his ardent supporters will preach.
  3. SODs is finished at this level and has been for a while, which of course means Kettlewell will reward him with yet another contract due to his ‘experience’.
  4. Kettlewell is now into his 4th transfer window where he’s signed a bunch of players and we’re yet to fully understand what his preferred formation and/or approach to games is. What is our identity or style meant to be? It’s always just a bit crap and reactive, and games like today epitomise that view. If we get knocked out the cup, the clock will begin to tick ever faster for him.
  5. I’m beginning to think this Kettlewell team doesn’t actually know how to play football anymore. It’s almost as if he’s coached them into becoming a junior team, as when it’s bad, it’s really bad.
  6. As predicted, we’re gifting this to Hibs with hoofball to nobody meaning we’re continually surrendering possession and a powderpuff defence puts the cherry on top. The negative tactics are what kill us. Kettlewell is a useless twat.
  7. Highlights: Potential incomings only if they can add something to the group. No expected outgoings at this stage.
  8. It’ll be a 5-3-2 with Sparrow or Andrews in for Moses.
  9. It’s to be expected when our primary tactic is to surrender possession and hope for a break.
  10. Unsurprisingly, the Ox has been the busiest keeper in the league but is doing very well. https://x.com/rowleyanalysis/status/1877418641693593945?s=61
  11. Injury history: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jordan-mcghee/verletzungen/spieler/193881
  12. I see what you’re trying to say across your post, but the point I’ve highlighted in bold above is exactly the collective defeatist attitude that enables and excuses the continual downturn in quality and expectation.
  13. I was being sarcastic about the master tactician point. I agree that it was utter shite, again, and I’m also sick to death spending money to watch Kettleball.
  14. If we play like we did tonight, Hibs will pump us again.
  15. We conceded 69% possession and 15 corners. Kettlewell is a master tactician.
  16. Utterly appalling performance and quite incredible that we came away from the game with a point and a clean sheet.
  17. No. 30% possession is classic Kettlewell away from home.
  18. Sticking with the two-man midfield is beyond a joke after seeing what played out in the first half.
  19. Bring on Andrews for one of the back five and go 4-3-3.
  20. Watkins knew exactly what he was doing to Gordon there. Dangerous prick.
  21. Whatever our shape is when we’re off the ball, it isn’t working. It’s making Killie seem like they’ve got 14 players on the park. We’re a complete mess right now. They’re dancing through us.
  22. Killie proving to be far more of an attacking threat than us tonight so far.
  23. If you can tolerate Si Ferry, who is a total roaster, the first 40-45 mins of this are worth listening to. It’s basically Watt and Halliday discussing Motherwell, with a good few laughs and insights.
  24. Another young lad with a lot to prove as he gets more senior minutes, so we should hopefully benefit nicely from this loan deal. And he should hopefully fill the void left by Miller.
