You must have been wetting yourself when Celtic scored, so you could come on and rant and rave your usual anti Kettlewell drival.

Firstly, I am not a fan of disposing of managers at the drop of a hat, and I still stick by the manager. HOWEVER, like a few others on here, I was totally dismayed at A/ The team he put out last night(should have been freshened up in my opinion after the 2 previous games in quick succesion) B/ The lack of tactics C/ Some of the subs and "tactics" thereafter were baffling. You can`t get everything right, all of the time, but SK is not helping himself a lot of the time. He has to get the selection and tactics right against Aberdeen. Unfortunately, for me, this means dropping Kelly. He has been average(with the odd great save) for ages now, and Kettlewell must show his managerial teeth by dropping him. I don`t know how good Oxborough is, but there is only one way to find out!

I agree. He needs to be dropped. Bit I don`t think the manager will, as that would definately end any faint hopes he has of a Euro place.

Don`t want to spoil everyone`s mood, but I heard last night that Ollie Shaw will be back at Fir Park today.

Correct. Folk need to realise we`re skint. We had to get players out, before we could even make an approach for anyone. If they then don`t want to accept what wages we can afford, then it`s not the managers fault. It`s the Motherwell world we now live in folks. Depressing that Killie and St Mirren can out manouvre us finacially, but that`s the reality.

Absolutely spot on 100%. We can`t keep on changing managers every 12 months. It`s pointless and doesn`t install any kind of stability in the club. Kettlewell needs to get some money in January - and spend it wisely.

Some Motherwell fans need a reality check. 6 weeks ago, Kettlewell was the messiah, now they want him sacked. Yes his transfer buisness, especially in the forward area is questionable to say the least, however that is probably more down to the money (or lack thereof)he was given to spend. We can`t keep sacking managers every time we go on a bad run. Get behind the team and hopefully we`ll recapture that early season form.

Spot on. Calling for his head is ludicrous. What I will say is the summer signings are coming back to bite him. I never give players a hard time, but by god Wilkinson last night was absoluely lost(despite having little support).

Say what you like about Bair, but he`s shown more in 10 minutes than Wilkinson did in an hour. A shit show indeed, but some folk on here need to get a grip.
