I think it could be a big problem for the club. 1st game of the season in the new seat and I was on Amazon looking for a cushion. It made the 1st European tie much more comfortable as others were complaining about space and being scratched by the plastic. In my mind thats why the club reduced ticket prices in the POD to match elsewhere. The POD stand was always considered to be a premium product but clearly not anymore. One slight change to this policy appears to be when we play the old firm tickets are £5 dearer than the other home stands. Probably to justify charging the away support more.

You may be right but €1.1M isn't too shabby although we'll all be looking to qualify for the group stage.

According to the wiki page it's a bit better than that at Second qualifying round elimination: €350,000 + €175,000 per qualifying round played Third qualifying round elimination: €550,000 + €175,000 per qualifying round played Play-off round elimination: €750,000 + €175,000 per qualifying round played In addition to the €750,00 there is also €175,000 per qual round so 3 x €175,000 is €525,000 so a total of €1,275,000 which is quite a bit of money even accounting for the additional expense. Plus of course over €3M if we qualify for the group stages although I'd imagine the €1.275M will be deducted.
