I phoned the other day saying although I renewed 3 together only one of us had his about 3 weeks ago. Girl asked me my postcode and name and within 20 seconds said ok that’s it been emailed to you now. Soon as I got off the phone there it was. Crazy that I had to ask for it and of course I should have made an issue about that but I was just so happy to have it resolved in seconds. I guess I wasn’t alone in that situation which is crazy and not sure if you can get same result by phoning tomorrow.
