  2. Never got to see him play, but that team he managed were a joy to watch at the time. Secured our first victories against Celtic (certainly in the 9 in a row years) in my lifetime and had us as a force to be reckoned with. On a church billboard in Liverpoool the immortal words “ Jesus Saves” to which were added “and St John scores the rebound” RIP Saint. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. ...................... or he has tourettes?
  4. Really gutsy performance - and what a 3 points, didn't see that one coming. Huge thumbs up to the much maligned Lamie and Crawford.

  6. Some of our decision making is bordering on the criminal
  7. Why do we even bother fielding a midfield. We just lump it over them at every turn [emoji2357][emoji2959] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Not sure anyone who has suffered relegation needs to ask this question. It would be horrendous. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Doubt he was here long evough to identify targets - let alone get them signed up. I'm fairly sure these would have been in the pipeline long before he arrived.
  10. Glad Saints have got one eye on the Cup FInal next week.

  14. Nope, but I remember a lot saying the same thing about a certain Brian Martin. Wonder what became of him .
  15. We've certainly not had our sorrows to seek on the injury front this past year.

  19. I'm not sure that is necessarily true. The teams in the north of the country tend to pay more to attract players who might otherwise be happy to remain in the central belt. Got a friend who, when I asked why he didn't pick up a team closer to home, told me that when he dropped down into the seaside leagues, he got more money playing for the Angus and Northern based clubs.
