I have a feeling someone else will be more or less lined up. I don't think the board would have sacked him at this point, especially with this being built up over the past wee while, without having some sort of plan.

Bit shocked at this, but if the situation was that bad then there's no point trying to persevere. I think the main worry now isn't who we'll get in but about the situation with the loan players. Gannon was apparently the one with the masterplan, who knows what'll happen now.

As has been said I don't see O'Brien sticking around in the long term. I think he's been brilliant this year and you can see the difference when he's not in the team. I don't really see what he'd have to gain from going to Aberdeen though, especially as I'd think plenty other teams will probably be sniffing around.
