No idea. I can't find anywhere where the new groups have been decided. As with the First Round the Second Round will be split into eight groups of ten (5 seeded and 5 non seeded) then the draw will be made.

The Second Round draw has not been made yet. UEFA need to calculate the seedings and then place each team into a new group for the draw.

No. We are seeded. Just no one has been put into seeds yet as some of the seeded teams in Round 1 won't be in Round 2 so they couldn't place until they knew the draw. The teams will once again be drawn into groups as for the first round and drawn from there.
