  1. Awright, I'll come clean.. Troll of the week would be me..
  2. Henry would have total respect from the players and I would hazard a guess they'd play out their skin for him with the contacts he'd have to help move them on and make a fair bit. He'd also prove himself inside a season that he can manage outside the under 21 setup.

    Baraclough Out

I'm sad to see Ian go. I think he had the right ideas when it came to training and getting players match fit. Although, he was a bit left field at time with his team selection and tactics were sometimes questionable. He'd make a brilliant coach rather than manager i think. From what Les is saying, sounds like there were some billy big baws going about thinking they ran the show, which undermind his authority and made it more difficult that it had to be. Cheers Ian for keeping the team in the top league! Last time out i said Maskant had my vote, he still does.
  4. There is already a mast on each of the 4 lighting rigs of Fir Park if open source maps of cell masts online are correct. I think they would either upgrade the existing one or put additional one on there as it's higher that anything else in the area. I've had nothing though my letter box to object too. With regard to highlights, you should all be subscribed to the MFC YouTube account so that you can watch 5 min highlights by 10pm on the saturday.
  5. it's to do with the number of folk trying to use the network. i live on dalzell drive and the signal is fine when a match is not on. when a few thousand folk turn up all with mobiles in hand, it's all down to your luck if you get a data connection of any value. i tried to explain this to vodafone last year and to expand the network or add 4G in the area. i gave up when the call centre kept coming back with answers clearly off a diagnositc flow chart.
  6. Can I clarify who else is injured apart from pearson?
  7. Quite happy with the slate being wiped clean. Bara has shown already in January that he can find a level of player that is affordable and will improve the team. Looking forward to what he has lined up this summer. Quietly optimistic.
  8. Guy on Clyde right after the game: "for three years all I've heard is Rangers, back to where we belong, THIS is where you belong, THIS IS where you belong"
  9. The club will upload highlights tonight on their official channel I'm sure.
  10. Perhaps some of the well bois affiliates would like a change of scenery and set up stall in cooper or main stand for one match ?
  11. Outstanding. Didn't let the occasion affect them and just went about their job in a calm fashion. He can be really frustrating, but when ainsworth get's into a stride he's the real deal, same with erwin. One other point.. Does the away support still want 6000 tickets ?
  12. What the fuck is happening... Need to stay cool! Cheer up Stuart McCall, ha, ha.
  13. Considering the other 3 stands are already being shared, can't see any issue sharing the south stand...
  14. from forum.rangersmedia: Super1872, on 26 May 2015 - 3:45 PM, said: Me and my auld man were thinking of getting tickets for the home end, this well society nonsense has made that a bit more difficult, think i might chance my arm in the ticket office anyway. Had a wee look online and they've listed every well society members name on the website, might just pick a name and hope they don't ask me any questions Anyone been since they introduced this new policy and had any joy? Few boys got some today mate, just pick a name with the same surname as yourself if there is one!
  15. After reading that email a few times, (and i'm finding it hard to believe measures this extreme have been taken!) but looks to me like a phishing scam. Reason being it asked for you membership number, something that the club issues to you! It's like a bank emailing to say; "any chance i could check your account number we're not sure we have it recorded down correctly, ta?" It also goes on to ask for any and all personable information at the same time in a generic way. I think any information that is required for well society members would be requested directly over the phone and a letter sent out where a form is filled and mailed back.
  16. Hi, nice job with the upgrade. Just the one request, any chance of a plain amber background to make it easier to read? Thanks!
  17. i heard the owner of the ballroom has taken it over. will turn it into a snooker club
  18. I hope he can stay with a similar line up and just change 1 or 2 players as required, so there is a bit of consistency to build on. Would love a win as it's the game in hand and could put the team in 10th spot at best.
  19. So ehh... what was it again, that Ian said about winning the league?
  20. Hope all this activity has also given the biggest wake up call to the rest of the team that resting on laurels and assuming to be picked is now over, and instead there is a real chance to be out on your arse with no team in a few months time. Might actually get a performance out them.
  21. Ian Baraclough has said on a number of occasions, that he is not looking for outright technical skill, but for an eager player that will give total commitment and put in a shift for the whole game... something that has been lacking from our so called better class of player.
