Bowman, Dunne, Aldred and possibly Newell would hopefully be the ones to stay. I think Rose will go, is his wife not over in USA? Bit concerned that Dunne chat over triggering a contract extension seems to have died away, not something you think would have worried us a few months ago but does now!! I think Cedric will go at end of season, if we don't get Aldred and Dunne tied down leaves us with Pete and another rebuild, mind you the last one hasn't worked out too bad ! Agree in principle with your point but at least there will be a competitive match with a final place at stake rather than a friendly, and 2 sets if supporters which will help. Some folks don't want to be behind the goals and some don't want to pay more for the better seats so choices have to be offered. I think the bulk of our support will be in the north and east stands and as long as they sell the east stand tickets starting closest to the north stand that should keep the bulk of our support in 2 sections and close together. South stand i think will be mainly officials, players families, hospitality etc. The whole thing is a farce, ridiculous kick off time, council telly and high ticket prices its as if those clowns that run our game dont actually want a big crowd. If he tries to come up with that as an explanation he is a lying toad. If he had been seen to wave play on then maybe just maybe he could say that but refs are instructed NOT to play advantage when they deem a foul a red card offence. His stamping action to justify the card hangs him out to dry as neither the tackle or the aftermath contained anything remotely resembling a stamp. All tv pundits are agreeing wasn't a red card...thomson clearly makes a stamping motion to explain his decision....it clearly wasnt a stamp. No penalty for us either but as others have said they would have got it. Very good point grizzly...the hypocrisy they get away with his mindblowing from Brenda's 'I don't comment on other clubs' but criticising the Hearts board, Bowman, our man flo. Rangers, and St J players to name a few, and Brown criticising others celebrations then doin his thing at Ibrox. Ain't actually got much of an issue with that in itself its just the hypocrisy of it that our compliant press choose not to pick up on. Severely lacking in class. I really can't stand them. I too thought the change in line up after 2 wins was questionable and afforded Accies too much respect, but i wonder if the pitch influenced his thinking. I notice Frear not in squad and perhaps others had niggles .... conjecture I know... but there are a number of players in the SPL who are never picked on an artificial pitch and I think they should just not be allowed in tbe top flight. Accies really need called out on the disgraceful way they treat away supporters. What other entertainment industry would encourage you to buy a £22 ticket in advance and then: Make you queue for 25 minutes in pissing rain watching empty cash gates with folks going straight in Have the police and stewards give you lip when you dare suggest it might be a good idea to let folks with tickets use the cash gate. (Ridiculous amount of police there just standing about) Outright refusal from the match commander to delay kick off to let everyone in. Get searched before you finally get in Piss poor catering Third world inadequate and dangerous toilets And if you had the misfortune to park in the covered car park and leave early to get a quick getaway you can just sit in your car while your exit is blocked by 3 stewards so while they could have let that traffic get out and away naw lets just keep them in and add to the congestion with everyone leaving at same time. Judging by the horns blaring there was a fair amount of anger. Not even mentioned the appalling pitch. A win or a 10 man draw just about makes it all bearable but that performance today just rubbed salt into the wounds. Without a doubt our worst performance this season. We looked off the pace right from the start, ponderous, lack of control, wrong choices, overhit passes, underhit passes, wrong shape, you name it, nothing. Any team can have a bad day but the thing that really disappointed and surprised me was being outfought and then at the end outplayed. That is something I would not have believed of this group.
