  1. Celtic are scouting him too now. But I think bigger clubs hessitate because of the level in the norwegian league. Its worse than ever I am afraid.
  2. Thats just crap mister. I have never claimed that we are great team in european standard. No offence, but neither are you. I saw two games against a Motherwell side that was exactly as expected. You did not deserve a draw in Norway. You must have watched the game through gigantic Motherwell glasses. Even Brown says that the score was flattering in Scotland. Again I have to emphasise that you deserved to go through because you were effective, but not because you played fantastic football. Two medicore teams, you sucked less than us.
  3. Its true though. Football is like that, especially cupties. Last year we won the cup in Norway. This year we got knocked out by a second div side. Motherwell wont scare anyone. But I wish you good luck, even though you will lose the playoffs I think.
  4. Anders Lindegaard is a fantastic goalkeeper. You judge him on 2 games. In 2 games where he didnt do anything wrong really. Motherwell beat us 4-1 over 2 games. A bit flattering, but okey. It looked like our coach didnt want to proceed the way he put together the team and the tactics in the second game. If the tie was played again I think we could have won. Our homeresult was too bad unfortunately.
  5. I know the smp commentary. But I like english commentators better.
  6. Is it possible to listen to BBC through a proxy server? As you might understand I am in Norway
  7. Thats not news. Its been known for some while now. We usually only field 10 men when Phillips is injured. We dont have any other wingers.
  8. Haha. We score? It isnt christmas yet man.
  9. I don't understand what you people are so nervous about. The tie was settled in Aalesund when you held us to 1-1. Motherwell has already won this tie, and you can start looking forward to the draw on friday. Must be reallly delightful to be in the hat. I envy you!
  10. Thats okey. But if the 20 fans from Aalesund can be heard in your homeground ( no matter where they sit) Its a little sad...
  11. I like the Motherwellfans. But I am not sure if I like you.

    Highlights

Of course Motherwell will progress. The tie is over.
  13. Congratulations with progression to the next round. Its all over now.
  14. Wrong! We beat Sandefjord away. Nature grass.
  15. My fellow supporter is wrong though. We beat Sandefjord away on nature grass. But that we do badly on nature grass these days is true though.
  16. I thought a draw was a fair reflection of the game. Even though Aalesund had most of the possession Motherwell defended well and had some good chances on counter attacks. As I see it now its a 70%-30% in favour of Motherwell. The tie is not over, but I dont have a good feeling now really. But well played and see you next week
  17. Aalesunds line-up is now official. But I guess it isnt to interesting for you guys! I will stay in here as the game progresses. Good luck to you all, but I am afraid I have to hope for an Aalesundwin
  18. Alright then I am a Tranmerefan myself. And I remember that many were critical. Some liked him too of course. Supporters arent the best judges of players anyway. We will see over the 2 games
  19. I am surprised that Steve Jennings play regularily for you. The supporters did not like him at Tranmere. And that was level 3 in England. He must have taken giant steps since then, but I find it hard to believe.
  20. An article in the local newspaper in Ålesund. Its titled: Let the scots come! http://fotball.smp.no/uefa/article175392.ece (Arnefjord and Arneng dresses up as scots in the pic) – Its hard to tell what it takes, Arneng says. The captain was asked what it takes to stop the scots. But some assumptions he has – Its hard to tell how good they really are, but they have experience in Europe from previous seasons. They will most likely stay low with their team away, Arnengs says. Experience The swede has Europe experience on is concious from his time in Vålerenga and know what makes these games so special. – There is a big difference from home and away games. The whole thing is special because you play 2 games and nothing is near settled after the first one. But to score away is really valuable and we have to try not conciding at home. But we will have homegoals, and the receipe is quite simple: –We will bring a good result when we travel over to them, and then its all about not letting them have anything. In addition to that we will try to score and avoid counter attacks from Motherwell. – What are you going to bring from the Vålerenga game? – Moral og workrate. Even though we didnt play that well we kept trying and got our reward in the end. Skiri Noone has caught any injuries in training this week, and Kjetil Rekdal can report that only Amund Skiri is the only one out. Several players to choose from is nice in this tight program. Also the good support from the crowd will help us. – I hope there will be a full stadium tomorrow. The Europacup is a great experience for the players, club and the supporters. I hope that as many as possible will come to see us and I think its a great occasion. We need all the support we can have, and have them all behind us, smiles Arneng.
  21. How many of you scots are coming to ålesund then? Will be nice to meet some of you.
  22. I am sure Motherwell will have the "all men to the pumps" style on thursday. You are going to leak badly! I hope
