  1. Vålerenga is the best attacking team in Norway. That we would have to defend a little against them was no surprise. They have some great players that are being watched by big clubs. I hope Motherwell stay low with their team on thursday as that is suicide when we have a tall player like Årøy. Teams that stand low has to defens many crosses. If you attack us more we will have more trouble. Årøy is no counter attack player at all, so we will have to count on our wingers in that case. Should be exciting games though
  2. Actually 4 ferries from Bergen to Ålesund: Oppedal - Lavik Anda - Lote Folkestad - Volda Festøy - Solevågen Why dont you just take the plane from Scotland - Oslo and then Oslo - Ålesund. Faster!!!
  3. If I did I wouldnt hessitate to give her away to you. But sadly I don't
  4. If any norwegian tv-channel buy the rights for it I will post it here. You can probably stream those channels. I hope.
  5. If the crops are bad we eat human beings to survive
  6. Sorry about that. If you can't go you can watch it on TV hopefully
  7. Maybe you can afford it. I have no idea. Maybe if you ask on the Aalesunds forum someone will take you home for dinner.
  8. Hehe. If you drink 10 it will cost you 60 pounds or something. I look so much forward to the encounter with you! Hope you bring some fans to Norway
  9. Well, that would be unfair to you as Norway is very expensive for foreigners. If you work here the prices are fair as we have high wages. I am afraid that a beer will ruin your economy in this country. And I am sorry about it
  10. And congratulations Motherwell fans. You have now earned the right to play Aalesunds FK. You did your job today. Congrats! Glad we got you
  11. I am sure you will be better! And we have to believe in our teams, thats what we live for I am confident that we will win at home. But 2-1 is a bad scoreline. We need to keep that clean sheet.
  12. Hehe! I am sure you will I look forward to this game against you! Should be great fun. I think we have a 50% chance.
  13. Of course we are better than a side from iceland! We need to go out attacking this motherwell team. Looks shaky. I just try to imagine how you will be on artifical grass
  14. Hehe. I will be very surprised if Motherwell outplay us. The key for us is to win with a clean sheet on CLS. Hopefully 2-0. Thats a good score for us. Not saying it will be easy though. I am also a fan of Tranmere. Do Steve Jennings play regularily for Motherwell?
  15. And about Kjetil Rekdals temper. Last year he reached an all time high in that respect. After the game against SK Brann he was very annoyed with former Leeds player Eirik Bakke because he claimed that one of the ålesundplayers was diving. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ikJ7SvEG_qg I translate from 9 seconds of the clip: Rekdal: You dont have to say that he is diving when he doesnt, so shut up Bakke: Heey Rekdal: Shut up and get lost. Look at the tv and shut up. Go away, I cant be bothered to talk to you. Bakke: Bla bla ( I cant hear what he is saying) Rekdal: Go away, you are an alcoholic. (drinking movement with his hand) Go and drink some more now. Bakke now lose his temper and runs towards Rekdal, and they stare at each other for some seconds. After being removed Bakke screams on the way out: "Fat pig". Rekdal replies: yeah yeah...
  16. Hello motherwellfans! First I want to welcome you to Norway and Ålesund. I feel certain that you will knock out Breidablink this week. I hope I don't jinx you by saying this Some of you seem to be afraid of the artifical grass that we have on our stadium. If you have technical players that likes to pass the ball around it should not be a problem. Stabæk played Valencia at home on similar surface two years ago and was outplayed! Artifical grass leaves less to chance. If you are used to play hoofball you could have a problem. But my impression is that you don't. And the pitch is legal. Remember that England lost the playoff to russia in the European cup on artifical grass. Good luck in Iceland!
