If he's willing to take a cut i would keep him but if he is really one of our top earners then we can't afford such a luxury.

Don't need to rest anyone....
Just play Samson, Chalmers and Jules... aka the Bombscare Boys ...
If inverness cant score into that then they deserve to go down.

Would happily see ICT turn us over if it put Accies down, horrible little club and I dont gain any excitement when we face them. Would even celebrate ICT goals just to see accies go down. Lets do wee Richie a favor and get the players to pull out their deck chairs and just watch the goals roll in.

Theoretically if we scud inverness by enough goals and Killie loose we could go 8th, would be a nice wee boost to the pot for next season.

Ive no problem with our current badge, however, is been poorly executed (battleship/badly drawn trees). Although to be fair they have made an attempt to improve the trees. However, all that goes out the window if they cant stitch a decent replica of it onto the home top. I did a redesign mock up a few years ago, and suggested a better representation of the former steelworks and fir trees. However, the response seemed lukewarm. This was my suggestion...
Far better than the current one.

I assume the only coverage is the radio?

If we were to appeal would that not take it till next week?
So we would need to gamble loosing him for the play offs if results don't go our way.

We did well under mccall, but to move to the team trying to relegate us purely on the strength of his hunnery is something I won't forget. I was delighted to see him get his jotters from the jobby mob
Have often see you talk shite but I'm on board with you here, he dropped us as soon as his reputation was at risk and didn't waste a moment snapping up the h*n job.

Unfortunately there was one unsavoury incident in front of us. I missed the start of it but my wife and son said that a group of about 5/6 45-year-old casuals sat in the front row but one of their group decided he was going to sit right behind them in row B. The fact that every seat was taken didn't bother the wee ned and he just pushed a guy away from his seat and told him to find somewhere else. He didn't give a shit about any comments from anyone around him, threatened to fight the guy whose seat he had taken when the man went to get a steward and rounded on the man's mate when he dared to touch him to say to him to calm down. The second guy then left to find his mate and took him to find another pair of seats rather than face the hassle and it was only because the guy and his mate who suffered were ordinary decent guys who didn't want trouble that the wee wanker didn't get the fight that he seemed to be ready to welcome. By the time I knew what was going on, it was all virtually over but the wee arsehole was the sort who was totally unconcerned of what anyone thought of him as long as he got his own way. I know you get all sorts among a fan base but there sure are some who embarrass you to think they support the same club.
Pretty sure I know exactly what group you are on about. Can't understand the thought process of folk that go to the football looking for a fight, never mind wanting one with your own fans.

Not so sure on the love in for McCall. He left a sinking ship to save his reputation rather than stay and fight for us.

In first to say Chris Humphrey.
How's he been doing at hibs?

Robinson was a cheap, lazy appointment...that he managed to coax an 18month deal out of the board when our Premier League status was at stake is an absolutely farcical decision

We would have a better chance of a result if we stuck the youngsters out.
-
The only good thing about being broke as fuck right now is that I cant afford to go to the football.

I'll say that the player has been mentioned in the thread but it's not Denny Johnstone.
Just accept that you are eventually going to spill it so save yourself the "will I won't I" and just get it told.

Would take Crawford off hamilton. If we stay up.and they go down they will be looking to offload and at this point in his career Crawford won't want to play in the Championship. I'm sure he will get other offers but the fact he's local my sway him to come to us.

Some idiot just set up a meeting for 3pm at work and we are 6 hours behind so right at 9pm how am I going to be any use in that meeting? Unless of ocure we are already 4 up :-)
Any steams available in the states other than the radio?
-
I would imagine the MFC live radio commentary will be available to listen to.
Does it work outside the UK?
-
I'm in florida so obviously can't get to the game. Don't really know if I'm able to listen to bbc over here, any form of stream on the go?
-
We on the tele?

Slightly off topic I guess. Are you old enough to remember the final McLean team (and the one big eck destroyed) that finished 3rd and 2nd with the likes of big buff, Rab McKinnon, Paul lambert and TC?
That was the best 'well team I've ever seen but having never seen your best team that often (Seldom get to games now due to living down south) it can't fairly compare.
No I didnt start going to games until the butcher era. I had been to the odd one of two before that but never really followed it at that point.

I still feel like we are trying to rebuild after the season we lost Higdon, Law etc. Without a doubt the best Motherwell team I have ever seen and I dont think we have ever fully recovered from when they all left.

On what are you basing that assumption ? I am not getting this enthusiasm for appointing somebody with i assume a limited if any knowledge of the current Scottish game, an average at best record as a manager in a league that probably nobody in Britain sees any of the matches or knows the standard. Yes he was an average at best player for us 20 odd years ago but why would that or any of his other qualities inspire passion, i bet the vast majority of the squad don't have a clue who he is.
Im not assuming anything, hence the use of the word might.

It might be a case of offer it to Robinson until the summer then bring in Simo to do the rebuilding job and give him a fresh start of it.

Would be gutted if Moult went to rangers. Would rather he went down south for free than get any money off them for him.
