Well clearly the tactic we had wasn't working. I would rather go for it and get fucked than hold out for a 2-0 defeat.

Just thinking there, did we even hit a shot? For the second game in a row against the old firm McCall didn't have a clue. Ojamaa should have been on at half time for Cummins and Ramsden put into CB.

I think the semi final at Hampden summed up our mentality against Rangers all at one time. We went out shitting our pants and Rangers score. We then get back into the game by getting in their faces, not letting them play and keeping the pressure on which lead to us equalizing. After that we returned to the pissing our pants tactics. Rangers score and win the game. We have absolutely no bottle and are too feart of loosing a goal (which we end up doing anyway) that we won't go try to take the lead.

Personally think after last nights disgrace none of them deserve a start on Saturday, but we don't exactly have anyone else to play so theirs not much choice in the matter.

My Dad was a Motherwell fan when he was young, but then changed to Rangers simply due to the fact he would get the odd free ticket through his work. He wasn't a die hard or anything, more just said he was a Rangers fan as an answer to a question. Then when I started going to games he went to one or two with me, then he got a season ticket for a few years. His attendance has dropped away now partly because he doesnt have a season ticket anymore and partly because he plays golf at the weekends as often as he can or spends time with my 2 little sisters. But he counts himself as a die hard Motherwell fan, attends games when ever he is free and hates both side of the old firm. So I would certainly agree that people can be won over. Its getting the kids in the gate to drag their parents along is the big challenge. The trouble is kids, especially young kids not able to go to games by themselves don't know enough about football to want to go. When I was younger I never knew the football was on every weekend, I only figured it out once I was interested. I never asked my Dad to take me because it wouldn't have even crossed my mind. The club need to do more to put football in the minds of the kids in the community, get them thinking about it, get them interested.

Does anyone know when half season tickets come out and what the prices will be? The girl friend is looking to get me one for Christmas. More specifically how much for a student ticket for the east?

Well I have heard something rather different today. The SFA have unofficially asked McCall if he would be interested in the Scotland job. Apparently Leveins been told thats if he doesn't win in Wales hes gone one way or another. I'm not tellin this as fact, although it has came from a pretty reliable source.

I don't, but normally theres some form on report when the manager has started this process. Fair enough, but I would still have been more vocal about getting interest in if it didnt look likely they would resign, even if it was to gather more interest for the window in January.

I can't understand how it ever gets to this, when you have a year to go offer them new contracts and see where they stand, if they wont accept then try punt them while they are worth a few quid. Just don't let it go down to the wire and we end up in a panic because we dont have a team.

I would say our game against Celtic is bigger, and the last thing we want to do would be to give the orcs the change to kick lumps out of our players before it. As we have seen, Rangers are not that great a team. A mix of fringe and first team players are more than capable of beating them and we can always have the big guns on the bench if we need them.

Do you see Randolph, Hammell, Hutch, Hateley, Lasley, Humphrey, Higdon or Muprhy in the line up I picked?

The good thing about that team is that most of them have never played Rangers before (well, technically none of them have, but hold on I'm going somewhere with this) so they wont have "the fear" the rest usually have.
