How I feel about our team right now has nothing to do with Kettlewell. If you think I'm upset because we have a new manager - that's not the case. I just don't see where the goals are coming from. No more than that. Hopefully Stam will be back soon and scoring

I don't have an issue with the new manager. I'll back every manager to the end. The issue is with our squad. As I said in other posts any other time we were struggling if our defence was shit we had players scoring goals to get us out of it - but that's not happened this season I've never not backed a manager. I just think so many things have gone wrong for us to date I don't know how we are going to get out of it A win tomorrow will be a huge start

Who have we got that can score a goal right now. The difference between this and the last two seasons was Bair and Van Veen and players from the midfield chipping in with goals. We don't have that now. That's the bottom line. Unless someone finds their shooting boots we are going down

I think we are going down - I've never once said this about any Motherwell team. Our defence is crap and we don't have a goal scorer. Very good luck to them. I really do hope we pull this off. But I think there's more to this than Kettlewell. We scrape along the bottom more or less every season - and we pull it out of the bag at the last minute. Obviously there have been times when this hasn't happened - but we make life difficult for ourselves when other teams who compare to us don't. It's baffling tbh I really hope I'm wrong - but I don't think we would survive a play off.

I think thats a bit harsh on Blaney. He's made over 50 appearances since signing. He was out for ten weeks with a medial injury previously - it very much looks as well that Nicolson was injured in training last week - someone put a vid up elsewhere that certainly suggested Nicolson was training after the new manager came in. I get peoples concerns about signing folk who have previously been injured - I think we've just had rotten bad luck over the piece

Im not disagreeing with everything you say but the injuries certainly haven't helped. Ox was a big loss as was Stam. It's just been a complete nightmare of a season.

Trained today as did Stam according to the manager but he said was probably too early to play them both on Wednesday

It was a pile of shite - completely embarrassing and nothing has been done since that was put out. I have been paying into the well society since 2017 and when I had very little to spare, not good enough on any level - and if I hear the word "refreshed " one more time I will also say this. I am sure the folk on the well society board do a good job unpaid - but we are in freefall, handing the new manager irn bru just seems flippant under these circumstances Yeah - they saw off Erik, job done, unfortunately we have no one else offering us anything

Stam is injured yes? Watt might have worked out but didnt. Theres been a lot of factors Im pretty much at my limit. It also rankles that some of our players dont seem to give a **** when there are fans who scrape together money to watch them. I dont believe this is all on Kettlewell. These are professional players who need to get their finger out and soon. We are garbage from the front to the back and this isnt all on the defence. Other teams can score and we cant for some reason
