Am afraid fan ownership will never work as said before a football club needs an owner to make business decisions. Fan ownership will dwindle away then we will be right in the shite . Being the first team to do it we have all the mistakes to make and too small a fan base to help out when problems arise. We will be asked to fork out more every year. I'm in the society and a season ticket holder, cant see me putting more than that anywhere near a football club, can anyone of our working fans?
  2. Sorry..... but im not bothering about Ainsworth ,it was Fletcher I thought and think is not very good ie crap. but if his next start he plays a binder I will stand corrected.
  3. Moult for me. Ran his heart out . Used and controlled the ball skillfully
  4. That must have been a reserve game you were watching Fletcher at then, because when i saw him play at Perth with the big team he was crap.

    Away Crowds

Away support averages about 10 -15 % of our home gate that's about under 400 to over 600 on a good day. Like to know how that % compares with other teams. Not based on hard facts just observations of the others around me with nothing else better do on a Saturday when we play away.
  6. Just back in. The manager went for a draw from the 46 minute. He thinks he is a tactical genius but really just over thinks everything.Pearson should have been dropped from the squad for a rest, he's either injured or doesn't give a shit iv still to work that one out.
  7. Pearson has been total crap his last three games. Playing a man short in midfield when hes on. Keep him out the starting 11 please until he gives himself a shake.
  8. Who cares the formation just bloody win the, game
  9. Julian Clairy, Graham Norton, Joe Brand and Chick Young would be a more robust option for a midfield than that.
  10. Does Stephen Pearson actually give a shit when he plays for us ?????
  11. Higdon..... Bullet dodged, bet hes even slower than he was two year ago and out of match practice. The best year in his career with us is well behind him now. Good luck to him.
  12. Our 50% sell on clause now kicks in.

Ha the pishy press selective about what they print so it wind's you up.
  14. Not what his bank manager says tho
  15. It's a feckin great draw . We won the £50 one the day totally random . Get a life or off the sad betting sites. I'll bet you thought it was the FBI that shot Kennedy an all.
  16. punk.... I think you are suffering a dose of real life blues and responsibility's,or is it your just getting older ? Happens to us all at some point I'm afraid . Once your kids have grown up a bit your attention will drift back to football on a Saturday and will get back into it. Life changes but Motherwell is constant.

    League Cup - 2016

will the break of two weeks coincide with shite weather or two weeks of unseasonal fair weather ,perfect for playing football . A winter break is a waste of time unless you can forecast the weather a year in advance and July football is daft when everyone is going on or saving for holidays. Another crap idea from out of of touch authorities
  18. Good game ,enjoyed it . Draw was a fair result ,Can't fault the team for effort.
  19. Absolutely spot on . Some people need to wake up quickly. A club like ours will never be run by fans , most want to watch football not enough are interested in running anything. I put my money in to the society to give the club a fancy named loan system . Good luck to the new guy he will need it.
  20. No problem .Should you need any further advice on any finer points of the game just give me a shout .
  21. Celtic done it like that too when we had corners .What did you get ?
  22. New manager rejigged a team he hadn't seen play before .Well thank fuk for that .The team at Dundee was pathetic and needed some dropped. That left a first half display today a bit disjointed but ok , in the second half he changed things and we got better and even tried to attack . Given the chance he has the experience to make us hard to beat , organised , then score some goals in that order. He tried Laing in midfield and dropped some regulars ,so what, if he had kept the same team as before what was the point of a new manager. Give him til after Christmas then judge him on improvements or not. Job done today ...we didn't get humped and he sussed out his squad . Bring on the stuttering Dons .
