You can say what you want about John Hughes (personally i think hes a donkey) but the current Hibs team does have a good sprinkling of really high quality players in it. Even the shittest of managers could do ok with the squad he has.

Well in three well games he's only booked one player - Marc Fitzpatrick. Not too bad.

I watched the Falkirk game last night and actually thought they were quite impressive, they played some nice football and really should have gone infront through a Finbogason header. They did fade really really badly in the last 20 minutes though, i think i'd be happy with 4 points from 9.

Aye and i 100% agree with you. I just think theres still improvement to come.

I'm not looking to moan but in football there are always areas to improve on and i think i'm one of those people who will always be looking at that. Its no good turning up to training and telling players "aye that was brilliant, we'r quality". You'd want to be telling them to keep doing the good stuff and then improve on the other areas that arent quite there yet.

I think we need to calm down a bit here, every team raises their game against the old firm.

Does anyone know how serious his injury is? After making a flying start to the season its a shame seeing him have to sit out and i think myself like most other Well fans expected to see him back after the international break. I'd quite like to see an official line out from the club to give us a wee update? Flow?

Slightly surprised hes signed for us. While he was a couple years below me at school, he was hardly a great footballer even by our standards.

I actually thought Fitzpatrick was really good when he came on yesterday. Hes not far away from being a very good footballer but he seems unlikely to cut out the daft mistakes at this stage in his career that make him the easy target for the boo boys.

Jamie Pollock - hes the next one off the conveyor belt of talent. I know he was only on for 10-15 minutes but it was obvious that hes got something about him.
