So we are back to square one, MFC =Good, Brown=Bad. No one knows the true facts of why Brown left, I don't see him telling us anytime soon, and there is no way in Hell Boyle will either. It assumed because Brown left he broke the agreement ( MFC =Good, Brown=Bad ), remember out revered chairman has to say the least a ropey past in business, but lets ignore all that, it suits the agenda better if Brown gets the blame.
-
So it may be safe to assume that the Gentleman's agreement for paying the semi-final bonus was made during the same period, thereby Brown has a case to ask for the outstanding debt.
-
So on the basis of your thinking, he had no contract so why did Boyle him a wage every month ?
-
Your 100% correct in your assertion that I like everyone else except Brown and Boyle do not know what was said, after Boyle said what he said, he certainly did not hang about for a reply. It's very easy to analyse and pick through what others post on here, like you did with my post, I think most people would accept that Boyle said something that Brown did not like, insult or otherwise, for a man in his position you expect much better than that kind of conduct, or at least I do. I wonder if you and many others on here would be so understanding if the roles were reversed, and Brown was the one doing the whispering in JB's ear................, no doubt Brown would be an aggresive..............this and that. To sum up Brown = Bad Boyle and MFC = Good (irrespective of what went on)
-
Since none of know what went on exactly when Brown and Knox left, it amazes me that people still continue to paint Brown in particular as a traitor etc, for all we know Boyle had promised all kinds only to do a rapid u- turn. Boyle acted like a ned using his tactic of insulting someone then running away, very dignified indeed ........I think not. Maybe a good idea to keep the insults out of it, until both sides of the story is told and given our record of doing that, I can't see it happening anytime soon.

I filled in the survey but being a sceptic of both the trust and this new outfit, I have become even more sceptical when the two of them get into bed to come up with this survey, seems we as supporters can drum up committees, but cannot come up with an original idea between the elected members. I look forward with some interest to seeing what conclusions can be drawn from the survey, looking forward even more to see if the club do anything about the issues taken forward from the results.
-
Why do you need to know that ? And can I ask, do you have anything to do with the running of the trust ?
-
Tried this before but the chairmen of non OF clubs shat out of it at the last minute
-
Things do seem to be a bit shambolic right now at MFC, makes you think with the people running the club, if it had been an airline we would have went out of business by now.............oh wait ...........
-
Exactly my case in point (very well illustrated)

Sorry for having the audicity for questioning the motives of the Uber fans, I really should know my place

I'm just curious as to why the MST members get first dabs on the seats, is that too much to ask ?
-
“Now that the overall position with the proposal is clearer, we are keen to engage fully with our fans and encourage full and frank discussion. Leeann Dempster has arranged, after requesting Supporters Trust assistance, an open fans forum for this coming Monday and I would encourage you to attend" The above is a quote from the club statement, can I be as bold as to ask why MST members can book their place in advance when the club seem to want an open fans forum but only trust members are sure of their place, I don't quite think this is in the spirit of what the club are looking for. In my view the pre booking should be knocked on the head, and make it a truly open forum, where it's first come first served, for all well fans
-
Well, until we know all the facts from both sides (which i doubt we will) it's difficult to know what is and isn't the truth, but it does not seem to stop the hysteria on this and other sites.

FFS some on here need to get over themselves, Craig has gone, he got a better offer and took it, whether we like it or not Aberdeen are a bigger club than us. I don't think either party come out of this episode looking too clever, but this pish of trawling through every word he utters to see if you can find any lies is laughable. Very few on here if offered a bigger and better job would knock it back due some supposed sense of loyalty, but because Craig did, its the crime of the century.
-
Agents have been known to tout clients when jobs become vacant without their clients being aware, when the agent spoke to Aberdeen and they seemed keen on Brown and Knox, then the agent would tell his clients the AFC are interested, happens all the time

You cannot breach a contract, when no contract existed.
-
I'd rather we play fitzy than Lasley (Lasley it seems can do no wrong due to the liking for him from auld wimmin and the gay element in our support)

Having had my rant, I am now happy to report a nice Lady by the name of Elaine helped me out, and very pleasant she was too.

It seems getting a simple answer to a very simple question is beyond them nowadays

Why all the suggestions about ripping it up and returfing it, the SPL knew it was a seeded pitch that would take time to bed in, the weather has almost murdered it, when the worst of the winter is past the pitch will grow, long term it will be fine. Fannies like Keevins and his cronies can go and Fuck themselves, they go on about the pitch like they are experts, blowhards to man.
