IMHO it shows that MM expects him to be his number one (or nine!) striker. Could be way off the mark but I really do expect him to play most games from now until the end of the season.

I'd probably start Chris in front of John too!

If the Sheridan capture is such a big coup I can't see him not starting on Saturday especially as he has been given the number 9 shirt. Think Sutton should be quite rightly pissed off if this is the case but I suppose this can only be a good thing for MFC.

Abandoned at half time due to snow. Much like a game at Perth I was at many years ago, still time for a nice wee bevvy before heading down the road though!

Personally don't think we need Teale if the rumours are true. Would rather we got ourselves another striker as I think we will struggle for goals without the big man around. Clarkson isn't an out an out goalscorer and Sutton looks to be well off the pace after a decent start. If he could find that form consistently then we should be OK but seems to be a confidence footballer in my view. That said, I think Teale definitely has the quality to do a job at Motherwell.

Probaly 'cos he's looked like a big cart horse since his great early form. Hopefully he can find that form again soon, otherwise I foresee a long spell on the sidelines (or until Porter leaves ).

A bit of a shame for everyone that was looking forward to a good day out but it doesn't come as any surprise. Don't think too many people will be making the journey for a midweek game unless they move it to Fir Park.

Reckon our poor start to the season has put paid to any plans we may have had to keep him. I think he'll definitely be off in the summer and if we can get some decent money for him in this window then I'd let him go with a pat on the back and a big thumbs up.
