I've no been as excited about a game in ages. Hopefully it'll be a good crowd, I know of a few non-'well fans who canny afford to go to football these days who are taking their kids for a night out. Hopefully plenty more will follow.
-
aye...i refer to my op....bollocks.
Now it's over.
Ach well, I was actually expecting us to be 2 behind Hibs come wednesday and us both to lose our last games of the season so this result hasn't made much difference.
A win on Wednesday would seal Europe regardless of this result. Bring it on!
-
been listening mate....bbc sport saying we are not in the game? gonna download that player for a look.
COME ON WELL
Yeah, maybe looks a bit better than it sounds. We're far from out the game.
-
how come we never rise to the challenge....never. even whe the other teams in the league hand us lifelines, we still never take advantage......i dont know....ffs.
q the flamers and happy clappers.........
i should have added...it ok tho to finish 5th, dundee united will gift us a place in europe, how kind of them.
Have you been watching the game? No much in it.

am i the only one gettin this message:
ADVERTISING BREAK
Your television programme will resume shortly
you on the right channel? type ktv3 into the search box.
-
looks a good game, end to end. We're passing it about quite well, looking sharp on the break.
-
Okay ive downloaded a TVU player and found the game on KTV3
Ideal. Only took 30 seconds to download and install.
-
Just put the radio, first words I heard was "...another great chance for Motherwell". No bad.
-
He's just been named in the PFA League Two Team of the year and won the PFA League Two fans player of the season. I think he'd be more than back up for Fraser, out of our price range anyway by the sounds of things.
-
Fantastic initiative. Hopefully it'll bring a few parents back who can't really justify a ticket on their own.
-
Magic!

In fact, the 3pm games are never on live, are they?
Nut. Follow wellfan1984's link though, you'll almost certainly get a live stream of it from a foreign channel.
As for the game, I'm usually pretty optimistic but I've not got massive expectations for this game. Don't know why, maybe it's due to the fact that in my mind it's not a must win game. Anything at all is a massive bonus.
-
Good stuff, really looking forward to this game. Tis the season for breaking jinxes.
-
Can't decide. It's between
8-1 Flamurtari
First 60 odd minutes against Steua at home (if I can count that)
0-0 Rangers
1-1 Rangers
I've got a feeling the game against Hibs next week is going to be a cracker.

probably doesn't compare to the abuse he gives his own team mates when he isn't getting his own way. maybe if he cut out the moaning and petulance he would be as good as he thinks he is
That was part of his game that McGhee managed to completely stamp out. It's slowly returned in the last few games though, someone mibbe need's to have a wee word in his lug.
-
In terms of individual players, which manager do you all think had the better squad to play with? McGhee or Brown/Gannon? My initial instinct is to say McGhee but on paper I wouldn't say there is much between them. In fact, I'd maybe even say this years first team (when they are all on their game) is the stronger .
-
When did he say this?
wasnt a direct quote, craig brown mentioned it in an interview that archie said to him in the middle of a game. Wish i could find the article, cant even remember the exact wording.
-
This forum is a lot like the crowd at fir park unfortunately. The vast majority only open their mouths when someone fucks up. Even archie knox commented on it when we were beating rangers. Think he compared the place to a morgue.... or funeral, or wake, or a scene of a horrific murder. Canny mind.

Whats the difference in prize fund for finishing 5th and 4th?
-
What gets me though and Steve Diggles points it out too is why we basically abused him like he was an opposition player and thus make him play even worse. Why not get behind him and try ans get his confidence up.
You should already know why. Didn't the pschologists sitting around you tell you how to get the best out of a player? He's got to know he's pish, that way he gets all angry and then gets the "finger oot" which is clearly all that he's been needing to do. Confidence is nothing when you've got a finger up yer bum.
-
£15 is reasonable.
Will never happen until the difference can be made up from another source of income though.

According to Beeb crowd was 27,750, how many were Dossers?
Absolutely no chance there was that many folk there. I was tryin to work it out, reckoned the stadium was 25% full at an absolute push. Masses of empty seats.
Maybe a couple of hundred 'well fans there. Not many.
-
If this Celtic team are not really fired up for this game there is something badly wrong at Parkhead.
I honestly don't think they have the unity or heart to get fired up. To me they are a team of strangers who don't know who or what they are playing for.
If they beat us it will be because a few of there key players come onto a decent game, it won't be down to a spirited battling performance.
-
I can see us getting a result here. Im gonna go for 2-0 Motherwell. 'Mon the well!2-0 Motherwell.
79/1 at betfair.com
If we had ruddy in goals I'd be confident of the clean sheet but not so sure. Got to be worth a shot though, I just stuck a fiver on it.

I was actually wondering how many people who would otherwise go tonight will miss out because they don't know about the price cuts. Only reason I know is because I use this board. Word from my massive mouth has got about 6 more folk coming along though, hopefully most people have tried their best to spread the word.
I wonder, how much does a wee corner advertisment in a national paper cost?
