  1. There's a good suggestion from Juan in a different thread regarding season tickets. To be honest, there isn't any way the club will drop prices for any real length of time unless other SPL clubs do the same, and unless they drop them for a decent amount of time, we'll see no real results.
  2. Let's be honest here, if he was an excellent footballer he wouldn't be looking for a club to train with, would he? He's a decent player, and would certainly do a job as a squad member until the summer.
  3. Don't even get me started on the catering...
  4. Milky, you're crazy... Or daft.
  5. The highlights of the game are available on the BBC site now.
  6. How long do they do this for though? It's crazy to lower prices for one game and expect instant results.
  7. Were they being distributed on Saturday? Anyway, can anyone pass on the info? I'm not in the loop it would seem.
  8. What's this then? I haven't seen or heard anything regarding that.
  9. An excellent post there. I'd certainly be willing to take advantage of such an offer if it were to arise.
  10. Maybe these initiatives should last longer than the odd match here & there? If games were cheaper to get in to, the amount of people going would rise. The problem is only doing these discounted games every now & then, and not really advertising it.
  11. Same here. The Accies game will be next for me.
  12. The problem is, the club does reduce prices, but only for a game or so at a time. We need to be prepared to put a deal in place where home fans get in for a reduced price, and keep it running for a decent amount of time to see what kind of results it brings. I paid £18 to see the game today, and I was happy with the result, but there are many weeks that I simply can't afford to go.

    Club Shop

Any idea if the design change on the away top with regards to the sponsor will be applied to new batches of the home shirt?
  14. I'll go for a solid performance and a 2-1 or a 2-0 win. The Kilmarnock performance has given me some fresh optimism.

    Next Meeting

What was the result of the meeting? Any progress?
  16. It's not the greatest of draws, but the Inverness game is all i'm thinking about just now. We may not have to worry about Kilmarnock/Falkirk.
  17. This kind of thing happens to clubs all over Europe all the time, so why should we be any different? In fact, i'm fairly certain that there have been instances of us doing exactly the same thing to smaller clubs as well. Like someone said, if he moves to Celtic, he'll likely get a bonus for signing, plus more wages than he'll get from us. I can't see where he's being badly advised there.
  18. I thought a thread for general questions would be quite useful. The first port of call for any questions should obviously be the Trust website, which, although currently a work in progress, provides a good idea of what the Trust does and who's involved. Anything which isn't answered there can hopefully be answered in this thread.
  19. He always seemed to be a decent enough keeper to me. I reckon he'd probably prefer sitting on the 'Well bench to playing in the lower divisions as well.
  20. What happened to that keeper who was playing for Accies a few seasons ago? McEwan, was it? He looked pretty decent, and he wasn't all that old either.
