Sometimes players sign and it's a good fit ,John Sutton comes to mind as a player who did a good job for Motherwell but struggled at other clubs, well Hearts anyway. Clancy from Killie fitted in well ,as did Higdon.

I've got no doubt whatsoever that if we stay up the powers that be will give Robbo the year left on his contract. Sorry but I foresee another season fighting relegation with a team of ex players and lower league duds, and Robinson in charge ...aye right.

Hope we don't get all sentimental about things if we stay up, the big picture for me is Robinson and most of the team must be punted.

Just my gut feeling that we will win and I think it will be good as it's a local derby ,both teams fighting relegation, decent crowd.Id go as far as saying it's the top fixture in the league this weekend.....

Think we will win on Saturday, should be a cracking game got all the ingredients.

The biggest mistake we made was bringing Robinson back at all, looking at the big picture as a club were going nowhere with the present set up ,on and of the park. Shambles of a club.

Definitely us along with Accies and Inverness tae decide the relegation and play off place. Dundee, Ross Co and Killie are looking safe .

I just can't see us beating Ross county ,just as in the past few seasons they seem tae be raising their game when it matters.

The club is riddled with non entities. As for the result ...are we really surprised .

Soon as we went one down I knew we were beat, were as predictable as that. Only good thing was other results were kind to us.If were rubbish (which we are) and could get relegated this season,that logic must apply equally to others as well.

If we can get a point at Ibrox we can get a point at Firhill. And I'd take a point away from home against a good thistle side.

Lack of goals is killing us .

Could just as easily blame the outfield players for not scoring a few more, just like a few weeks ago against St Johnstone ,we had chances but didn't take them.We rarely score more than one goal in a game.

I noticed Darren Lee Smith scored 2 goals for Stirling Albion in a 2-3 win over Clyde. Remember him scoring a last gasp equaliser for us against Rangers

Didn't deserve tae lose,results else where went our way so not to bad, Moult really needs tae be sticking some of these chances away, it's Inverness ,Accies and Ross county that will decide if it's Premium league or oblivion.

Robinson "the outstanding candidate" ,can't argue with that. Survive this season ,take us forward next.All the best to the guy

It's the type of appointment we've been making for a long time, former players ,former coaches, former manager's, best of luck to the guy, but yes totally underwhelming.

Jim we could appoint Alex Ferguson and still go down. Our squad isn't any better than the teams around us .Our league position doesn't lie.

Seems strange , someone not say Robinson till the end of the season was going tae be announced before COB tmoro(not saying it's not true),seems a bit of a waste of time for Simo.
