Unless I'm much mistaken victory last night was going to secure at least one new signature for next season ,and every thing was in place awaiting the outcome of last nights result. Or perhaps I'm very much mistaken.

Warm the bench for two years? Bloody hope not as he only has a year left.
Sorry a year in which he is entitled to stay at the club and pick up a decent wage whether he is on the bench or not.

You know you are out the club's plans when they won't even give you a new trackie.
He might no be in the clubs plans but unless I'm much mistaken is he not entitled to warm the bench for the next two years and pick up a decent wage for doing so ?

Got to agree with big stall on his view of Humphrey ,if the guy cant cross a ball now he never will ,hope he proves us wrong and nae harm to the guy but its like playing with a man short when he plays.

Disappointed with last night. A lot of poor performances on the park especially Hateley who has left off where he finished last season.
Wasn't to disappointed with the team a few more games should make a difference, but I have to agree with your assessment of Hateley he was the worst player on the park last night .As for Humphrey I just don't know what to make of this guy.

Paul Hartley is the type of player you hate when he is playing against you, but you wouldn't mind if he played for your team. Wont happen though cant afford him end off.

"We have the funds to get a new striker, that's all there is unless we sell a player," Brown said. "We've allowed (Spaniard Carlos) Gazapo to go back. We still have (Chris) Shuker on our radar. He has other offers, he is a nice wee player and he's a possibility.
"We have been on the phone for one or two loans from England, but it's unlikely we'll have anyone in before the game. We're on the phone and I'm getting a call back from a couple of managers on Monday."

I never heard anything but the thought has been expressed in a few posts on this board , i don't know anyone to actually get this type of info from. Sorry if Ive given the wrong impression.
